Karen was extremely helpful and clearly knew all about walking boots. She gave very good knowledgeable advice and helped me find the right size and fit for my feet with no sense of pressure or rush to decide.

Karen was great. I was shopping for a waterproof pair of walking shoes. I tried on different pairs but was not happy with any of them. After explaining the issues I was having to Karen she returned with a pair of shoes that are fantastic. She really knows her stuff. Thank you.

Went in to buy a new tent for camping wanted something bigger than my others and didn’t know what route to go down to find the best one. Cammy helped us tons made sure that everything was perfect for what I wanted and i ended up getting the best tent for me. Big thanks to cammy.

Karen helped me with picking hiking boots today. She was great at explaining what is the best way to check if boots are right for your feet. I also tested the inclines within the shop whilst wearing the boots. I was advised to wear the boots within my house to ensure they were fully suitable before wearing outside incase I needed to change them

Came today to purchase a tent. The one I wanted wasn't in stock. Spoke to assistant Ross, he told me there was a delivery due anytime. It arrived shortly after and Ross made a point of getting the tent for me from the delivery. Excellent customer service, thank you Ross. From Aaron.

I was in this morning looking for a few things and thankfully Emma was on hand and really easy to talk to. She took me around the shop giving me quick demonstrations on how to use the items I needed and made sure I left with the confidence in knowing how to use them as well.

Served by Cammy who was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Great that you can see tents erected and have a wee walk inside them to get a proper feel for them. Everything you need for the great outdoors under one roof 👍

Needed some advice about tent porches. Ross and Steve were more than happy to oblige in answering any questions we had, offered advice and overall left us feeling confident in what we needed. The guys and girls in the Coatbridge store are always friendly and willing to spend some time to get you exactly what you need.
