Unhelpful
Assistant was not at all helpful with obtaining a larger size wetsuit. We were just told to order online.
This mannerism discourages the public to accesss the stores and potentially spend more money.

Shocking
Shocking. Bought a Cadac cooker, opened it up and it was an empty box. Totally ruined a bank holiday weekend away. The explanation was, someone forgot to go out the display one in the box. I did not order an ex display I ordered a new one. 2 trips to shop wasted and holiday ruined.

Brilliant staff, Anthony, I bought an e-bike from Go Outdoors…
Bought an e-bike from Go Outdoors Cardiff. Anthony talked me and my husband through everything on the bike and showed me how to work the gears and levels. He was very patient and knowledgeable and it was his salesmanship that sold me the bike. Can't wait to call back and pick it up once it's been checked over.

I made the trip and only half was there with no explanation was just told that it would take 48hrs for customer services to find out what’s happened very poor service and now I’ve got to make the trip again adding to costs
