Luca mazzahone was extremely in helping me buy a tent for my granddaughter with brilliant customer service skills and a fantastic test overall she is very pleased. He has a great attitude towards his work and I love him!

Fantastic customer service by Aaron at the Blackburn store today. Assisted me in helping my dad who is in the later stages of dementia find a great pair of walking shoes. Aaron was patient and helpful also full of recommendations. His customer service made what is already a stressful time a lot easier and quicker.

Went to the store for some fishing gear having not really coarse fished for many years and a bit flummoxed in the now vast arrays of new equipment and baits and techniques. Paul S in the fishing department was very helpful and full of advice. Very knowledgeable. Thank you
