Had an excellent experience visiting the GO Outdoors Express store in Bakewell. The layout is great, making it easy to navigate, and they offer a fantastic variety of stock for a smaller express format.
The staff were exceptional throughout our visit, but a special mention must go to Roger. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us some excellent advice. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We will definitely be returning!

Laugh a minute and so helpful.
We always call into go outdoors when we are in Bakewell for the day. Staff always very helpful. We met James today not met him before he was a great help and great banter with him such a laugh 😄 we look forward to returning in a couple of weeks when we go back for the day to Bakewell.

Excellent customer service by Tom. Really helpful as we had just had a tent pole snap on the tunnel we had in the extreme wind. Tom took time to explain the full area the four man tent would cover to help us make a decision
