I received no email to say my insurance…
I received no email to say my insurance was coming up for renewal but the first I knew was when I got an email say thanks for renewing it’s £410 approximately. I was furious . I called and said I expect the money to be back in my account as it should not have be renewed without at least an en email ! I feel this is done to catch people out who may not be checking their emails . I am furious by this .

Efficient and helpful
Damien dealt with my initial online quote that I didn't process at the time because I needed to tailor it. He was great at talking it through with me and getting me the cover I need for a forthcoming holiday. The only reason this is not 5 star is not down to him but it took a while to get through I tried 3 times.
