So far so good, no lagging. Any issues that I have or need help with they are usually always pretty fast to respond and help with a nice ticket system. I like that its not through a discord where you are waiting for someone to get online to help you. The last service that I tried still has not responded to my help request and that was a week ago lol. If you are looking for a good hosting service I would give this one a try 100%.

Recommended to me so I thought I would give it a go I’ve had lots of budget rust servers before and this one was well worth the money I was paying for a smooth gameplay experience. Has all the usual features as well as scheduling re-automatic restarts and support custom maps.

Customer service is efficient and staff knowledgable. Rust server is performing well with a low ping, low latency and my in-game character is actually moving around that fast I've had to reduce my mouse sensitivity for the first time in over 5k game hours on different servers. That has to be a world first for a Rust server host :)

My first time renting a server and couldn't be more happier. Very smooth process and great customer service!

Excellent experience all around. We rented a Valhiem server. Tech support on Discord was fast Friendly and very helpful. I would Highly recommend Good Game Hosting if you are looking for a hosted server.

The server is fast enough, the interface is satisfactory and the support is helpful.

First time getting a dedicated server, no idea what to do, their support helped me trough Discord, very friendly very helpfull and very patience!

I was very new to server hosting and moderating, the support I recieved when starting out with Good Games Hosting was above and beyond any other hosting services I've used before, absolutley outstanding help all hours and even play tested the servers with me to help me out!
I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into hosting servers.

After long discussion with the staff they were able to point me in the right direction for the Rust server for my friends and I. The server itself was all ready to go within a couple of hours and since then I've had countless hours of fun with my friends with almost 0 issues. All issues that did arise were sorted by the dedicated and friendly support team within minutes, along with their understanding and help they met every need that we were after for a more than reasonable price! Overall,, would highly recommend.

Best Server Host i have ever had, the support is on another level.

I have had some issues with the server initially however the support provided by Good Game Hosting is on point, drop a message into the support channel on discord and everything was resolved within a few minutes. Playing on an experimental version of 7 days 2 Die we were expecting the odd issue, but every time something happened they supported us through it.

The good:
- Best Server Host Support I have ever seen.
- Very Stable Game Server
- Easy to use control panel
- Lag and latency free

The Bad:
- Had a few spots of downtime, due to unexpected maintenance. However these lasted 5 minutes tops. Unexpected things occur, it's nice to see that the support at Good Game Hosting knew and resolved the issue as quickly as possible, whilst keeping us informed throughout the process.
- Not really got any other bad points at this time.

Suggestions:
- It's a shame that they don't provide voice server's as we would have paid for teamspeak or ventrilo hosting when we purchased, we have had to find this from another supplier.
- Control Panel Adjustments to allow for custom maps to be entered in and the ability to change server config using the "Configuration Editor" without resetting the map to the default and having to change it back via the "Text Editor" (Changing the field from a drop down to text box would resolve this).

Excellent host and really friendly guys. I would recommend to anyone to join 100%
