I paid for a consultation with Good Advice UK for one clear question. and i was very direct to them

If you can answer I will pay, they direct answer yes pay.

I paid and during the paid consultation, no answer was provided. Asking for something missing to answer.

When I asked for the answer to the same original question, I was told I must pay again for another consultation.

No conclusion was provided, and communication from the advisor was minimal, with repeated redirection to pay further fees instead of completing the advice already paid for.

This experience felt fee-driven rather than advisory and was disappointing from a professional firm.

I understand now why all reviews 5 star and 1 star

and all 1 star detailed stories.

We experience Al kind of stress with our uk visitor visa revoke and refuse. the home office simply revoke my 2years visa after I apply for visitor visa for my kids and wife just because we are Syrian passport holder mr atef and he’s team fight for my case and I got back my 2years visa and my wife and kids got thear visa as will that was amazing jop thanks uk good advice

Are any of the staff lawyers? Do many of the staff work there for more than a couple of months? Do any of the staff know people in the immigration department? Are the staff aware that repeated emails marked urgent (due to the risk of losing an offer of employment) should be replied to within, say, a few weeks? When it came to picking up the ID card they replied quickly and were keen to get a review!

Recently, Good Advice has done a successful application for me.
The team is very professional one and could be used for any kind of immigration matter.

Professional lawyers and friendly staff, one of the best migration office in London I would say but quiet expensive..

Friendly and extremely professional people. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has immigration issues. After dealing with 4 lawyers in the past, I have finally obtained my leave in the UK with the help of GOOD ADVICE UK led by Mr Atef Elmarakby. I was referred to them by a Ukrainian friend of mine and I am glad they put me in their way. I visited their Holborn Offices in 2017 and was told by Mr Atef that he would not take my case until 2019, while other lawyers advised me to apply immediately, which was not correct. I returned to him in April 2019 and in October 2019 I have got my visa.
