2nd order of water softener salt, delivered next day, superb service, great price

Excellent customer service used Gompels for the first time this week and unfortunately the carrier managed to damage some parcels, I contacted customer service and very quickly they resolved the issue. Very helpful customer service and I’ll be using the company again. The website was easy to use and navigate and the ordering system worked very well.

Great website with extensive range of various products at extremely competitive prices. Easy to navigate and use, selection and checkout was straightforward and various methods of payment.
Delivery is free on orders over £50 (exc. vat) orders under this attract very reasonable charge for delivery.
Delivery was fast, efficient and professional, had slight issue with shortage of item which was pointed out by the driver, contacted customer services by email expecting 2 day response which is what usually happens but NO, I was answered within an hour and after apology they arranged shortage for next day delivery.
Well what can I say other than a great big thank you for such great service from start to finish, like a breathe of fresh air in today’s shopping experiences.
Would highly recommend anyone to look through the site as I’m sure if you do you will be buying something.

Been using for about 6 months, quality items and very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service, had a missing box from a delivery. Contacted Gompels via email, responded within 20 minutes and the missing box was delivered same day within the hour of contacting them, very impressed.

Great quality goods
The items arrived next day. I ordered art and craft materials for our nursery. I usually order from Early years websites but thought I would give Gompels a go. The colours of the paper and paint are vibrant of good quality and at a good price.
Will definitely be using Gompels again.

Very easy to deal with, no trouble and very quick turnaround of orders. Order on a Friday and delivered Monday, during the week dependant of time of ordering very often the next day. Goods we have purchased have arrived in good packaging and of a good quality. 5 stars for me.

Reviewing Gompels Feather Soft wet wipes (large)
I started getting these large, thick wet wipes when my husband was ill. They are amazing. I’ve never found anything to compare in shops. They remain wet throughout the packet, even to the last few.
