The agents were very knowledgeable and very patient. They were not pushy at all and responded to our outreach to them in a timely manner.

My experience was good.I changed from one plan to the same with a different company, and will save over $600 a year. All my questions were answered, and everything was done online.

My wife and I were impressed with the folks that we worked with at GoMedigap (Heidi Conrad and Ebony Jones). They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We selected the same Medigap plan F that we had with another insurance company, but will save over $2,000 dollars per year by switching to another insurance company that has an "A" rating.

The service was very professional, caring in making sure the product will meet my needs, plus they are their for me should I have any questions or issues. Also, they will be contacting me next year should I need to make changes in my Medicare B or Medicare G. They made this whole "scary" process extremely smooth and comfortable. Thank you GoMedigap.

Our current Agent Johnathan contacted me to see if he could get us a lower rate. I don't have to worry about this insurance every year because the agent monitors it for us. They always explain everything so you can understand it all. These insurances can get very confusing and I hate dealing with them. I am very thankful for this company. Keep up the great work

Easy as falling off a log! Great service and help. I am a bit uneasy about my application of part D prescription insurance as I had to do that myself. But I worry about most things. I would recommend GoMedigap to everyone.
