I have been using GoMedigap since I signed up and became Medicare eligible. They are very friendly and helpful. They know their stuff. Irma Lerma was great to work with this year. She helped my husband as well as me. She has the patience of unmeasurably possible to deal with my husband. LOL

For the last couple of years the service by agent Meredith Mcwhorter is exceptional. She answered all my questions and help me to find best supplement insurance for medicare

I have been using Go Medigap for about 5 years now. They are amazing. They find the lowest rates for Plan G, which is what i think is the best. I am savvy about insurance plans, but you cannot beat the prices they are able to get. PLUS they call back before the year is up, to check rates and see if its wise to switch plans or stay put. Love working with them

My experiences with GoMedigap have been positive since I became a customer 4-5 years ago. This annual renewal period (9/1/21), I took the initiative well in advance of my renewal date, and it worked much more smoothly than in the past. No scrambling for rates and underwriter acceptance, and my cancellation notices went out to the expiring carriers with plenty of time to stop unnecessary premium withdraws.

I appreciated being notified about the increase in cost for next year at my current insurance company and the finding of comparable and less expensive plan. I did not receive all the information that I needed such as the fact that the new company needed a payment immediately to complete the contract and this caused me some difficulty. I find it difficult to contact your representatives on thec phone and wish that there was only one contact that i delt with regarding this transaction. The overall result was good and appreciated.

Leaving my current employer with health coverage was not easy. Everything was there for me. If I had a problem or my prescription was not filled I would go to Employee Benefits, they would make a simple phone call and my problem(s) were gone. I’m thankful that there are understanding people at FIDELCARE. A simple phone call to Customer Service resolved my problem.

This outfit has called me a dozen times in three days and will not stop harassing me even though they say they will remove my number from their list. Do they really think people will give them good references when they have no sense of decency. We recently had a death in the family and do not appreciate the unwanted phone calls and hope they teach their callers to respect the wishes of others.

I have never filled out anything about Medicare supplementation nor am I of age to do so, but GoMediGap will not stop calling me, multiple times a day. Stop calling me.

I cannot get this company to stop harassing me with telephone calls - at least 10 calls a day - STOP COLD CALLING!!!!!!

Yolanda Malachi is amazing. She understood what I needed for answers to my questions. She researched all the numbers for me with regard to my new doctor and dental needs. This will save me so much time and stress by having phone numbers and names along with t he addresses so I could see how far from my house they were. All were with in 2 miles. Awesome. She took her time to do t h is and much more. When finished the call I had my plans then she transferred me to the next dept I needed to speak with

Medicare and the variations of Medicare B and D were all new to us when we started this. Kent was friendly, encouraging, and thorough and helped us through the process. We were very happy with his help and with the choices we made with his help. Now, half a year later, we have been pleased with the policies we chose. If we had to do this again, we would happily do this again with Kent.

Kimberly was very helpful. She answered ALL of our questions and took all the time necessary. She was cheerful and pleasant to interact with. We got signed up, and have her contact information to finish up with Medicare Part D. She called us back to check up on our progress, but without being pushy or impatient.

Heidi was excellent in providing us with the best alternatives to our current Medicare supplement plans. Very informed, friendly and courteous. She was able to quickly access alternative plans/providers to give us a great comparison to our current UHC Plan F. Our goal was savings without giving up any benefits or coverage. Plan F to Plan G was not only an excellent choice, but it saves us almost $2,000/year. Heidi guided us through the application process and worked with on the follow up in getting us approved. Great job!
