Ordered a couple of items in early December and received them within the expected few days. Excellent price (after a trawl, couldn't find any better at the time) and products were of the expected quality.
I've used GolfStoreEurope on a few occasions now and have had zero issues or concerns. (Pehaps if my order wasn't right I may have had a "Customer Service" issue but I haven't!).

Happily use them again.

Tried to cancel an order by mail and phone. They never picked up the phone (more then 100 attempts in a week) and never replied my 10 e-mails.

Booked my creditcard right away of course. Still waiting for my money in return. Ignore this company, do not order. It is a disgrace they call themself an internet company.

Very poor service. The goods still haven't arrived 17 days after order placed. No update from the company and no tracking info.

Ordered golf balls as a present for Christmas and had no problems with the website, everything was hassle free. They arrived a day or two later, can't exactly remember, but it was super quick time!
I wold definitely buy again from Golf store europe and would recommend to anybody.

Fantastic turnaround, was the cheapest on the Internet by around £40, and despite ordering in the run up to Xmas my order still arrived in less than 48 hours. Would definitely order again, fantastic service.

I thought the price was right but the time to ship is way too long.

I ordered a sun mountain stand bag and some iron head covers, all of which were listed as in stock when purchased. As per their shipping statement I figured it would ship the same day, as I placed the order before 4PM, or at the latest it would ship within 24 hours.

I was sadly mistaken.

Order placed on Thursday at 2pm. Still not shipped on the following Tuesday so I tried to call, no answer. I sent an email and tried calling the next day, still no answer. Thursday, one week after placing the order, I see the order marked as 'Complete' so I try to call again for some more info, no answer. And no answer to my email yet either.

Today is Friday, 8 days after the order was placed and still no response to my email. The order is marked as 'Complete', and the tracking info says it is in Londonderry. And remember, the articles ordered were listed as 'In Stock' at the time of ordering.

Poor communication, just plain disappointed. The only good thing is the price was correct at 15% off.

I searched the internet looking for Liverpool Golf Club Head Covers for my buddies son for Christmas and came across "Golf Store Europe". I am always skeptical , but I found their prices to be really competitive and product was available in store to ship ASAP, so I took a chance and placed an order. I would not be disappointed, I received my order in Canada just 5-days after placing, the product was top quality and was very, very happy with the total transaction and my buddies son love the gift.
I highly recommend using Golf Store Europe....

I ordered 2 bags of tees and a clip for my golf hat with marker
i placed this order 3 weeks ago and recieved it yesterday.
my order was processing for 2 and a half weeks which i found unreal...
i recieved my order but only to find they sent me the worng order..
not even close to what i ordered actually.
i rang the support no at least 20 times yesterday but no answer and the same today. they are clearly ignoring all calls or portray themselves fasley when claiming to be a professional company. i sent two email and have yet to recieve a response.apparently it takes 48 hours to give me one.....
i would never ever again use this company because they do not deliever what i ordered and the timeframe is very poor in which you do recieve your wrong order..

My dad loves golf, and is a huge Liverpool fan! so we were looking at a gift to get him for Christmas, When we come across golf store Europe, we were amazed at the products they had at amazing prices!

Delivery was great also, we knew it could take a few days, so were more than happy when it arrived when we weren't expecting it too!

Would definatley recommend golf store Europe, and will be sure to use them again!

I am an old age pensioner and on the 04/12/14 I purchased a product
from Golf Store Europe for a xmas present.On delivery a vital part for
operation was not included. I sent 5 emails regarding missing part plus
6 photographs of product delivered. Golf Store Europe completely
.ignored my last 3 emails by never replying. I am not going to abandon
my persuit of missing part. This is very rude and disrespecful.conduct.

excellent service with prompt delivery

I did place an order on dec 22nd with enough time to receive it by Jan 5th (when I needed it) as per their web site (4-5 working delivery days).
On Dec 29th after not hearing anything from Golfstore I had to spend 1 full morning chasing and ended up calling another retail store from Golfstore and they were decent enough to put me through to find out the item I order was out of stock (not when I order on the web). They offered me to send it on a different color with the commitment that it will arrive on time. It obviously did not. The package arrived late for what i needed it and i had to do personal follow up with the local courier in Spain as when the package was sent the address written down was incomplete. My experience has been really poor and shall not purchase again nor recommend this site for purchasing and for what I have seen in Twitter I am not alone, unfortunately.

I'm happy with the products and customer car, but shipping is slow compared with other online stores and some problems with stock even when it's available in the purchase (but they offer me a similar product or better).
