Be very careful!

While they can offer some decent golf rates, beware of the fine print that is very hard to read when booking a tee time on your phone. I learned the hard way that some of their rates are non-refundable!

“Hot deals” are a scam

When booking via a “hot deal” GolfNow will significantly increase the convenience fee which will actually make the round more expensive than if you hadn’t used it.

I paid for a golf tee time which I then…

I paid for a golf tee time which I then had to quickly cancel and received a GolfNow confirmation that my tee time was canceled and I have been refunded for the full amount.

However, they never refunded my credit card and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company, this vendor sent my credit card company a letter that I committed friendly fraud.

I have the GolfNow receipt which shows GolfNow stated they refunded me, which they did not and thus this company is not to be trusted.

Just Don't

Years ago I was a member of Revolution Golf.
GolfNow bought them. I never set up an account as I had no intention of using them.
I still get email ads from them.
When I click unsubscribe each time it says I'm unsubscribed. Right up until I get the next email.
There is no way to contact them by email. You have to call them. They won't do anything, and I mean anything including let you talk to a supervisor/manager without your address and phone number listed on the account. Which I never set up, remember?
But they did have my email address, so the info for my account was tied to that email account. I went to the website and clicked log in, then said I forgot my password.
They sent me a link to reset it and what do ya know, I was able to log in.
Went to account details, the username was computer generated. The address that was entered was their address in Orlando. The phone number they entered was a variation of their own 1-800 number.
These bastards created an account FOR me! One that I had no idea of and no clue what info they had entered.
Probably so they could get numbers to advertise with.
Most unethical group of asshats I have ever dealt with.
NBC should be really proud of these jerks.
Just don't.
Update: I just got a follow-up from GolfNow.
It seems that before they can help me, they need my phone number and a reservation number.
So, they never read my review.
They entered a phone number, I didn't.
I've never used their service, so there is no reservation number. I gave them the email address that they have.
If I can figure it out with just that, they should be able to as well.

Do not use!!! I got $200 in gift cards for Christmas…

I got $200 in gift cards for Christmas and just like the other reviews. The funds disappear when trying to book and then golf now never puts them back. You have no tee time and no funds. I have been emailing for over a month for help. This company is terrible. Just call the club directly. I will open up BBB claim to help.

Will NEVER use this company again

Will NEVER use this company again. We were trying to use our Golf Now gift card, but Golf Now is claiming we used it. They claim it has zero funds. We have never used it!!! We have been contacting customer service for over THREE WEEKS. They don't respond to any of our emails and if we call them, no one has a resolution to our problem. They are useless. Very disappointing.

How can I DM golf now? I don’t see any information.

GOLFNOW IS GREEDYNOW

GREEDY company they used to allow you to use the points you earned in the GolfPass free trial and now you can’t so what is the point of even accumulating points at all just to be forced to upgrade to a membership I’m just gonna book tee times straight through the golf course website from now on

I purchased gift card and noticed that…

I purchased gift card and noticed that a portion of the fund had disappeared. I contacted golfnow support but they never got back to me so I opened a case with BBB and they got back to me right away and gave me credit but the credit I received could be used only for hotdeal and expires within 6 months. I contacted them again but no answer again. I will never use golfnow again.

Golf Now is Awful!!

Golf Now is awful. Do not join! The course choices are limited, you only save money with Hot Deals otherwise you can book directly with the course and get the same rates or sometimes lower since they have deals. If you ever need to contact them You Can’! I needed to try to move my tee time up so I called and received an automated answering and the recording just kept saying “How can I help you.” despite replying back, "I would like to change my existing tee time." Just an awful platform and customer service non-existent!
