It started with Scott

It started with Scott, who was wonderful to work with and as he had in the past came up with several ideas for our tee giveaways for our tournament. After making our decision on items, I received proofs of those items with our logos and other decorations in a very timely manner. And the turnaround to the finished item was impressive. We got the quality we wanted without any hassles, and our tournament players loved what they received. We wouldn't go anywhere else ...

Nothing but Fairways and Greens with Sam and GolfBalls.com

Sam and his team have been nothing less than excellent in the various interactions I've had with them. We've ordered a lot of custom items in the last month, ranging from multiple types of golf balls to golf bags and gift sets. Every item has been fairly priced and, more importantly, the logo work has been exceptional. The entire team is responsive to our inquiries and very helpful in finding solutions to what we're trying to accomplish. Highly recommended!

This site is terrible

This site is terrible. We ordered a small order of golf balls an event and we were to.d they would be delivered four days ahead of the event but it got to the day of the event and according to th extra king information, now they do not know where the items are or when they will be delivered. What a waste of our time and money. Will never order from here again.

Recently had an order refused because I asked for personalization which simply said "Stop Republican Treason", which by the way I have had printed on balls for years. Won't be buying anything from this place again. Didn't know their political leanings before, but now I do.

Sent first two orders to the wrong…

Sent first two orders to the wrong address. Verified with them they had the correct address and the third order went to a third different address. When I finally got the balls the custom logo I ordered was completely gone from the ball after 6 or 7 holes. You're better off just doing it on your own with a Sharpie.

Cameron - PROACTIVELY Called me when my preferred golf ball went on sale! He set up the order and completed it for me with my approval. Who does that anymore? Golfballs.com has always exceeded my expectations on quality, flexibility, service, and fast delivery!

Best Customer Service Around

Had an issue with the shipping agent or manufacturer during an annual buy 3 get 1 free. One email to customer service, and Eliza was all over it. Researched the issue, followed up, and identified the root cause, ultimately solving the problem for me. I am totally loyal going forward with my annual purchase.

Wonderful service

Excellent service, for anyone having doubts…don’t!! golf balls were better than I expected if I’m honest, the logo had some fine print and they turned out fantastic, fast service at a great price!! 5*!! Will definitely use again!!

Super quick shipping and the balls were…

Super quick shipping and the balls were exactly as we had hoped! My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is the clearly marked box saying "golfballs.com" was a bummer to arrive right before Christmas. I was hoping to keep this a surprise for my husband but the box gave it away. Otherwise, a perfect experience.

Incredibly disappointed

Incredibly disappointed with this company as a whole. They made repeated mistakes with my order and never did anything whatsoever to rectify the situation. I paid for overnight shipping as this was a gift and the person was moving in 2 days. The fraud department cancelled my first order. They offered excuses such as I may have entered the wrong address. They informed me of the cancellation the day the gift should have arrived. I then placed another order with the very same credit card information that was saved in their system from the first purchase. Was again emailed that it had been rejected. When I questioned it yet again, I was told it had actually been accepted and the order was being processed.
They offered me a confirmation indicating it was to be shipped to the wrong address. They did not ship to the address I had indicated but said they were shipping it to my home address which was incorrect. In an attempt to fix this i was told I'd be sent a shipping label allowing me to ship it to the address it should have gone to originally. Had I used this label they spoke of, the individual would have already moved away by the time the package would have arrived. I was then told they would also reimburse the overnight shipping charges. I never received the label they spoke of and it wouldnt have helped even if I had. Additionally, I was never issued any credit for the pointless overnight shipping I had paid for as promised either. Then, to top it off, I never received the package at my home address either. At that point, I was so disappointed and fed up that I simply gave up dealing with the incompetence of this company. Speaking to anyone at the company was pointless regardless of whom I spoke with. The order I had placed was a $300+ order only to have received nothing at all! This company is an absolute joke!

Fast, fantastic service

My company store dropped the ball on me last minute for an event. I called Golfballs.com and spoke to Branon Pope. I spoke to him at 2pm on a Friday, sent my artwork to him and I told them I needed them Saturday morning for a golf event Monday. He said the balls would have to have the imaged printed, which I was worried about, but when they arrived the next day at 930 am they looked fantastic! I appreciate the speed and great customer service to make this event even better. I highly recommend and will order from them again.

They are very limited on what u can…

They are very limited on what u can actually put on the customized balls I was rejected even though I was within their guidelines. And their coupons for ur first order have exemptions so even if it didn’t get rejected I wouldn’t have been able to use it!
