They close out maintenance requests without addressing them

They close out maintenance requests without doing anything. If you resubmit the request they will close it out once again without doing anything and then lock you out of your account, so you have to reset your password. If you get back on and submit the maintenance request again they will close it out a third time without lifting a finger to fix the thing and then they will lock you out of submitting any further maintenance requests. They take your money and then don't fulfill their end of the contract.
