This company supports scumbag hotels…

This company supports scumbag hotels instead of their credit card holders. I booked a room with a cancelation policy on line that stated if you canceled before midnight, the max you would be charged would be one night. I sent this policy in when the vendor charged me for an entire 4 day stay after I arrived at a hotel which was falsely advertised. The room had no toilet seat, no shower curtain, smelled of smoke and had people living in the next room smoking crack. We had drugged out people beating on our door within 5 minutes of arriving and trying to book a room where we did not feel we would be killed. The front desk was behind glass and would not give us anything saying we left prior to midnight and when we complained about the conditions of the room stated they would give us a full refund. I asked for paperwork, The guy said the printer was out of ink so he could not give me anything. They did not charge my card until after I left the city so I thought he actually did what he told me and I checked my card everyday I was there. Later, I find the charge. I dispute in and because I don't have anything from the vendor, they are allowing this scum to charge me over $500.

Worst interaction ever with a financial company.

Horrible people to deal with. We had a 6 months CD that needed to be wired at maturity so the money could be used for our née home closing.
so we phoned days before, morning of the closing to make sure they Understood. Well they did not. The day after the maturity ( day before home closing) we received an email saying our account was closed. We went to Bank of America to speed up the wire transfer...no transfer!!! So account closed at one end, no money at the other end. We are talking of $715k!
Later I get an email to to phone GS urgently. They announced that the wire transfer had failed because my account was closed!
We finally escalated this Shit show and they eventually reinstated our account to with the money!
We finally, after so many calls, got the transfer done the morning of the closing.
We visited Bank of America that morning and they streamlined the processing of the wire and the following wire to the title company and we closed that afternoon!
Do not buy GS CD

INCOMPETENT 2

After 25 years I have paid off my mortgage!!! Normally this would be a celebration but guess what?!! Newrez/Shellpoint &Goldman Sachs issued a Satisfaction of Mortgage statement to our Recorder of Deeds office stating that my ex-husband who was legally excluded from the mortgage, and who was NEVER on the deed nor loan and who I divorced about 20 years ago, who NEVER paid a dime on my house HAS SUCCESSFULLY PAID OFF THIS MORTGAGE AND SATISFIED THIS LOAN. Really?!! When did this non-working ex of mine pay off MY HOUSE?!! This company makes HUGE MISTAKES constantly and now I have to wait for them to correct this mistake and I may need to go downtown to the Recorder of Deeds office to ensure this is fixed correctly! - I am so tired of being inconvenienced by other people's incompetence. The Waiver of Homestead by a Spouse document was available for them to see!!!

Goldman Sachs Banks Fraud Department are Idiots!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Will never use my Apple Card again! They are with Goldman Sachs and I’m not surprised by the low reviews! I was scammed by a China vendor and disputed the charge 3 times. It was a fake website I unfortunately purchased an item online from and Goldman Sachs ruled 3 times in favor of the scammer! Unreal! What a lousy banking institution.. I feel sorry for their customers because there’s no customer loyalty.. there’s scammer loyalty but not for the customer! It’s a low-life bank as far as I’m concerned and I will never do business with them again. Their fraud department is a joke, with complete idiots working there. #losers

The level of corruption of these individuals is deeply concerning. As a result of these unethical, corrupt and illegal actions, I have been unable to secure employment, and my family and I have been suffering greatly every day

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. A significant language barrier made communication unclear and prevented effective problem resolution. I expected far better support from a firm of this size.

Long time customer of Apple Goldman…

Long time customer of Apple Goldman Sachs card. All Iphones, Airpods, desktop, Ipad, Macbook have been purchased through Apple using monthly installments with Goldman Sachs. And December 2025 purchase 2 new phones using card but was told I had to make full purchase first, then call AGS to switch to installments so I did and it worked out fine. I've always done it this way except in the past was done at the Apple store, this time I had to make the full purchase and call a few days later. Come January 2026 I needed a 3rd phone did the same process (was told by a 2nd employee at apple store the same process) so I made full purchase and today called AGS just to be told not just by CSR but by his supervisor that bc my phone carrier was not one of the TOP 4(Verizon, At&T, Boost Mobile and TMobile) that they could not change to installments! My carrier is Xfinity. I said well I just changed to installments for 2 new phones in December how does this rule change in less than a month? Was told always been like that (yeah ok) but wasn't enforced and now it is. So as a consumer of both Apple and Goldman Sachs for probably over 8 years (and not everyone who has their carrier with a "top 4" has a goldman sachs nor have they purchased several Apple products for years)it didn't matter and it was all based on that my cell carrier was not the "top 4". Shame on Goldman Sachs for discriminating those that don't have their cell carrier with At&T, Boost, Verizon and TMobile. I guess we know who scratches each others backs...

All things considered

All things considered, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience characterised by poor communication, a lack of openness, and a lack of professionalism when it counted most.

#Coventry# #Securities# #CovSec# focuses on steady execution rather than quick promises.#payouts quietly prove that commitment.

AVOID APPLE CARD AT GOLDMAN SACHS AT ALL COSTS

Incomplete procedures and policies. They have been charging me for invalid medical charges for 18 months and refuse to remove them stating the charge is valid. However, the vendor the charge was made by says that it is NOT A VALID charge to my account. The health system has no record of this charge but Goldman Sachs states they have proof. However, they refuse to provide the evidence they say is provided by the health system. I am being held responsible for someone’s error and the bank refusing to admit the error.

Worst credit card to have if you have fraud!

Worst credit card company that I have ever had to deal with especially when it comes to fraud on your account! I have been fighting with them for over two years about a $1200 charge that is total obvious fraud. I’ve had to report it seven times now and each time they just waste my time. I asked for the documents showing what they use to make their decision and I get a blank piece of paper in the mail. I’ve turned in documentation every single time.

Useless card and of the worst service

I’ve had one of the worst experiences with Apple Card (Goldman Sachs). This bank is a awful. Their support team is completely unprepared to handle even basic issues. I’ve spent hours on the phone with agents who are not qualified to resolve problems, and supervisors who offer no solutions whatsoever.

They don’t provide case numbers to track your issue, and they refuse to give last names or any form of identification—so every time you call back, you have to start from zero. There’s no sense of accountability, no follow-up, and no professionalism.

Apple Card may look sleek, but behind the design there’s a total lack of responsibility and effective communication. It’s honestly one of the worst credit card experiences I’ve ever had.
