Worth the Journey
We took the tour to Windsor, Stonehenge, & Bath on our honeymoon. Our tour guide was Bruce and our driver was Eddie. Eddie got us around safely and efficiently on a very long journey. Bruce was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He even went through the bus on the return journey and offered personalized help to each party in getting back to their hotel. I would absolutely recommend them!

Bruce was amazing!!! Best tour guide I've ever had. He is super organised, stays on top of things and we were the first group in every location because Bruce kept us efficient and clearly communicated with us. Of course none of it would've been possible without our lovely driver . They were both super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and experienced especially Bruce! Had a blast!!

Special occasions
For those wanting a celebrate or even tour London, with a little something to make it special, Afternoon Tea on a tour bus is not the way to do it.
As a party of 3 celebrating a special occassion, we were expecting and paid for a top deck view experience, with panoramic views, this was not the case. We had conflicting accounts of what happened to/where the glass top bus was. If possible let customer(s) know in advance or don't advertise it as if it is the norm if it pot luck on the day. you haven't got it for all trips.
Our group of 3 was spilt, on a normal day not a problem, but for a special occasion, it put a downer on the whole occasion. Have something on your website that customers can request to be seated together, because it is a special occasion and try to make it a memorable experience for the customer(s). At least you can say you tried.
The plastic flute glasses were grimmy. The windows smeared with what, I don't know and made it not a nice experience to look out and enjoy the sites. Suggest better washing up utilities and a window check and wipe down inbetween trips if necessary.

Excellent tour. Bruce was a great guide. Gave lots of interesting and helpful information and also had a wonderful sense of humor. Kiran was an amazing driver and was also very personable.

Fantastic day on the Afternoon Tea Bus with Panoramic Views
Went on the Afternoon Tea Bus with Panoramic Tour of London. All the staff were amazing and the trip was really fun. We sat at the front so I feel we had the best view and experience. Food lovely, gorgeous sunny day so got fab photos, but again I cannot fault the staff, Chris deserves as extra mention but they were all great. I honestly cannot recommend this highly enough. A real must ! I am thinking of doing it again !

Afternoon Tea Bus Tour
We booked the tour to celebrate our friends milestone birthday, specifically looking forward to the afternoon tea experience, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
The issues began with the transportation; the bus was not at all what was advertised or what we were expecting based on the tour description. It did not have a glassed domed top deck!!!To make matters worse, our group was split up, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a social experience together.
As for the "highlight" of the day—the afternoon tea—the food was mediocre at best and certainly didn't live up to the premium feel we were promised. Hot drinks served in plastic reusable cups! Between the seating arrangements and the lack of quality, the whole experience felt disorganised and undervalued. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this tour if you're looking for a seamless or high-quality day out.

Great tour guide
I went on a day trip to Stonehenge, Windsor castle, and Oxford. Phenomenal. My guide, Dan Xia, she did awesome keeping everyone together and told us a ton of stuff about the places we were to. After getting off the bus and explaining the area she let us go explore for a bit. No food is provided but you do get time to get lunch. The driver, Kulvinder got us everywhere on time.

Awful! Don't go with them. Their sales man caught us coming off the train. We got on the first bus, got off and never saw a bus from them again. Their driver didn't put the audio on until asked, stops were impossible to find. Called their call centre and they were so rude, basically if I didn't like it I should email them. Not supportive or helpful. Disgusting!

Great day seeing many things. Tour guide, Bruce was knowledgeable and entertaining! He made sure we were first in line and told us how to get to what we wanted to see. Ashley, the bus driver was great and reliable, got us there on time or early safely.

This was the perfect way to experience Harry Potter world
This was the perfect way to experience the harry potter world. We stayed at a hotel in the Victoria area hence we had it close to pick up: drop off spot. The buses are comfortable and you do not have to take a car or bother with connections. The harry potter world was a great hit with the kids and is large so you will take the full 4 hours to go through. Not rushed hence splashing out on flexible return is not worth it. Me personally did not like the butter beer. One improvement that could be done is to have better quality on bus entertainment as it was poor video quality and they had only the first movie that was on both ways (an airplane version where you choose would be better)

Our guide Bruce was friendly, informative, and did great to get us as much time at each location as we could while keeping to the schedule. The driver Armando drove us quickly and smoothly, and chose clear and easy to find parking locations. A quick but thorough tour of all 3 locations, will excellent information tidbits from Bruce.
