Best costumer service!
I did buy a 5* curler packet when I was on vacation In Berlin. A lot of people have been asking what I use for curling my hair, because the curl looks so good and natural. After a year something was wrong with my iron and their costumer service was so helpfull og very Quick to send me a new packet. I will proberly buy online this time because it’s not waste of money.

Can’t describe what a good service I have had from golden curl ! My straightner didn’t work anymore ( no heat) and two weeks later I allready recieved a new one ! Never been helped that fast by any company I know . Thank you golden curl

I had some electrical connection problem with my device and after one email they handled all the issues perfectly.
One thing I recommend is when the customers have to return the product do not charge them with the shipping price.

My golden curl iron had some problems and I contacted the support. Since I have activated 5 years extended warranty, the customer service guided me through the warranty process and I got the completely new device instead of mine, I wish it served me another 5 years.
