Got call from overseas all of a sudden one day and was highly anxious about it. But convinced me to pay and started working on the project. Excellent coordination by the project manager and the entire team. They did an wonderful mobile app project for us and my Business Partner is pleased too with the level of project execution support which is just great. My partner spoke with them almost every day initially during the design work was going on and was bit worried as well when i see the design is not coming along the way i wanted but gradually they made it. Development with the project manager was ok but was a steady process. Both me and my Partner is happy with the project progress and finally got a quality product. Overall, we would recommend to work with GOIGI to everyone as I got a satisfied product. Thanks.

This company is spam calling me even after I asked them to not call me any more. We have no prior business relationship. This company is nothing but spammers and scammers. Do NOT give them your money or enter into business with these spammers/scammers.

over promised and didn't deliver. They blamed us after that we should of done the research on the api that we asked them to implement after they had our money. They ruined a relationship with a client we've been dealing with for over 15 years. I will never recommend them again. Who blames their client for not understanding the technology you hire a them for. LOL. What a joke. Literally told us we should of understood the ask (after they said they can do it) before hiring a company. They also call you 100 times a week and are so not in tune, that they have multiple sales reps trying to get your business even after you've hired them. I mean weird stuff, call you 10 times in a row. Even if you tell them you are busy. I'm not a fan, stay away, contact me if you want to hear more. I have a whole year of drama...

Scam… they can do basic template type work and have multiple calls with plenty of so call managers etc executives etc. Then they will ghost you after the money is taken and so call finishing projects. Not worth the money!! They also scammed me in the captcha page. Took money and ran.

The project team spent a considerable amount of time building and designing the website and the results were amazing. I love my website and I am extremely grateful for the the beautiful outcome. LAST YEAR, 23 November 2022, Goigi contracted to build a website for our company for $2,700, to be done in 50-60 days. On 23 November 2022, we paid a $1,200 deposit, with a $1,500 balance due on completion of the site. At the end of 30 days, the so-called "senior executive" named Dutta told us the site would be a little late, but not to worry because it would be done in another week or so. Then, even though the site wasn't done, Dutta BEGGED us to pay the $1,500 balance of the fee that was due on completion of the site. He said he needed the money so he could "pay his employees". Concerned that Goigi was going out of business, we paid the $1,500 balance early with the hope that we could at least get our site done. Now, FOUR MONTHS LATER, we have NOTHING to show for the $2,700.00 that we have paid GOIGI. No website, nothing. Dutta, the so-called "senior executive" in charge, refuses to return my emails. Goigi created DealZook! Both the front end, back end, and the apps for Android and IOS. The site looks great and the functions perform well.

Goigi is NOT a good company to work with! When my website was finally completed; it was unusable, $10,000 later. Complete loss of my investment. Absolute worst experience. DO NOT DO business with this Indian company; you'll have no redress after they steal your money. I hardly know where to start because there was so many problems and disappointments as we got further into the project. Getting my website finished without issues was next to impossible and they (Kaustav Dutta – Project Manager) kept milking me for more money. They asked for another $3,000 (ransom) at the end to make my website work correctly as if our agreement for the previous work phase was to finish with a dysfunctional website. They did not deliver what we had agreed and like so many of their other customers were begging me for final payment before the end of the project using every trick in the book not withstanding alluding to going out of business altogether leaving me stuck with an unusable website (it happened anyway). After seeing the reviews (which came in after I started doing business with them) this modus operandi seems typical. I was left with a worthless, dysfunctional website. The search function didn’t even work. These guys are a scam. Don’t let them tell you differently. They will overcharge you and not deliver on their promises. If your project is more than a simple website, they can’t deliver a quality product. They will overcharge you from the beginning and upcharge you to get your site “fixed” even when they are the ones responsible for all the problems you're experiencing. Don't sign their very one-sided 3 inch thick contract either unless you want to invite problems. There's a reason they need sooo much protection for their work. Their only good reviews Goigi has are from relatives and employees – total sham. They don’t have any respect or regard for their customers, and they will not under any circumstances take ownership of any problem directly associated with their poor work. Communication is next to impossible and there's practically no attempt to keep you informed or work with your vision of how the site is supposed to be designed. They only give you an attractive sells-pitch and after that you get what you get and then to fix it, you’ll need to pony up more money despite it being their fault. I had to stop the bleeding and find another development company – it was painful. Just a God-awful experience and a total loss. I could go on and on; but I’ll stop there. Stay away - far away!

I am very pleased with the work the GOIGI team did on my site. The process was very thorough and structured. The development and project management team were very responsive. I recommend them!
