I wish I could give 0 stars. I have no received my order and the tracking gives me no updated info. Can't contact anyone about the package and I doubt I'll get a refund

I’ve ordered a couple times from GoGoal shop. There are some pros and cons…
Pros- Usually, quality items are received; Great pricing; Good customer service
Cons- it takes a really long time to receive stuff; Quality varies based on item style.

To elaborate, my first experience with GoGoalshop was over a year ago. I ordered a full soccer outfit for my son for Christmas. I was skeptical that it would be quality material because the price was so good. I was surprisingly satisfied once I received it. He has worn the jersey multiple times. It has been washed and dried and the lettering is still not creasing or peeling. I do avoid hot water and use warm or cold. However, I ordered a trainer outfit last year in the end of November in hopes of getting it for Christmas or his birthday on January 1. It did not arrive until after January 1st of 2024. After one wash, the lined stripe detail on the pants were peeling down. I reached out to customer service at GoGoal. It did take some time to receive a response, but eventually I did receive one. They were very receptive to my issue. I did send pictures of the pants. They agreed to replace the item with a small up charge. I was fine with the up charge because the replacement had stitched on stripes on the pants instead of the rubber plastic material I initially ordered, so better quality. I would recommend ordering items with stitched on stripes even if it costs a little more. I received the new trainer outfit and my son is in love with it. The authentic jerseys I ordered have been worn and washed, and are really good quality. Overall, I would recommend shopping at Gogoalshop, but be prepared to order well in advance of any specific “receive by” date expectations.

The jersey quality is great for the price.

The store has a very good service, when I received an incorrect jersey, I was later able to receive it correctly again.

they give out many coupons if you order a few times, the quality is very good, the jerseys fit very well, and the shipping isnt that long

I ordered a jersey but I ended up canceling my order because I needed it by a specific day but they had amazing customer service. Just be warned they aren’t going to respond immediately because they are from the UK. I would probably buy from here again when I don’t need it by a specific date.

This is my second order and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and customer service. The package even came earlier than expected. I’m definitely looking forward to my next order.

I have already received two orders delivered to Bulgaria, EU. The jerseys are pretty good. I got additional benefits that made the average price really reasonable. My kids are very happy, and they ask me to buy more jerseys from the web site. I am definitely goind to do this soon.

After receiving my first order, which was great, I ordered more and had another amazing experience from GoGoalshop! The order arrived in 2 short weeks (to Australia) so i was pleasantly surprised. I ordered 4 adult premier league shirts and they all look genuine and fit well. The only thing i would recommend is to buy a size up, as they are a bit smaller than Australian men sizes. I'll be buying all my shirts every premier league season from GoGoalshop each year from now on. Good products, good customer service, good delivery times - what else could you want?
