Despite repeated attempts to get satisfaction on the faulty stickers on the back of the Gogosleep wristband (W308) I was stonewalled behind T&C as 35 days had passed. the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will never use this company again. they were incapable of answering where I might BUY some more stickers to make the product work. it is appalling service

If I could give zero star review I would, I purchased a neck fan costing £60, it arrived with one side working, I sent an email and 6 days later no reply. Definitely do not buy from this company, I’m going to seek legal advice to get my money back, I will post all over social media for everyone to avoid this company. Absolutely disgraceful, no wonder they have so many bad reviews !!!!!!!

Item never arrived. Emailed 3 times, with no response. Dispatched on 12th April and post office still waiting for item.

Didn’t receive my order and my contact attempts haven’t been repo fed to. I have no choice but to raise a dispute via the my bank.

I ordered earbuds. They came yesterday in a box from China. They won’t even turn on. Trying to reach customer service for a refund. Wish I would have read reviews before I bought these

The online team never got back to me about my order, even after 3 emails. I have tried to cancel but doubt I will ever see a refund.

I purchased a set of earbuds that were a rebranded set of Chinese fakes that were made with the cheapest quality plastic and with none of the advertised features such as ANC for example. When I contacted them to claim a refund they withheld the return shipping address and only offered partial refunds. Firstly a 20% then a 30% one with an additional handling charge of £5 that is not part of their return policy, which felt more like a threat, the way that they worded it.The earbuds are not worth £5 on their own let alone the £61 price they charge with a £11.75 handling fee. Luckily I used Paypal and managed to get a full refund. Do not buy anything from this company, avoid them like the plague, as they use false advertising and fake reviews.
