Confused and frustrated
I recieved a confirmation email for my order and yet 2 days later, still no voucher in my inbox or my spam folder. You'd think if the voucher was out of stock and/or going to be delayed, the customer would be notified? I'm in limbo here wondering where my 600 euro went

All went wrong
All went wrong. Two times I have tried to redeem the final gift and it's not possible. Customer support is aware - the problem resolution is still pending.
