The worst sender that i see
Terrible the tracking service have a HUGE delay, they dont give you a stimated time for delivery and if the delivery fails they dont re try on the Next day just send your package back to theyr center

I was not home and window blinds got damaged
I was not home. Courier threw parcel through tilted open window and parcel was so heavy that it damaged window blinds. I had to replace them, they were pretty pricey. Im trying to solve this woth their customer service, but once i send them reminders they reply with same thing every time: asking for photos and was i home. Every time i forward photos and i explain all over again, but i receive same response and no actual resolution for this situation. I asked them to cover costs of new window blinds, I can provide invoice. But still after two weeks im getting nowhere with their customer service. Terrible. I would give 0 stars if it would be possible.
