Amazing customer service - had to return some items I got for my wife as I got the wrong size. Pualina was very responsive and got me through the return quickly and easily! Would recommend and would go back (with the right size!)

I had a bit of an adventure with sizing — first I ordered the wrong size myself and the bra was too big. The exchange was smooth, but the next one turned out to be too tight. At that point I honestly felt embarrassed and ready to give up.
But then Paulina from customer service stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and even funny. She took the time to really listen, gave me honest advice, and guided me through choosing the right size.
I followed her recommendation — and the bra that arrived is absolutely perfect. Fits beautifully and feels amazing.
Huge thank you for such outstanding customer care. This level of support is rare, and it made me feel truly taken care of. I couldn’t be happier 💖
