So much disappointed
When i received it and try the article it was perfect it feel very well. i decided to keep it for my next holidays! And I try it , it has broken, torn!!! It is very fragile!!! So disappointing!!!! To pay 75 euros for never wearing the swimming trunks it hearts a lot! I’m so so disappointed, my friend was waiting to see mine before order one . I’ll advise her to not order one.

customer service & return process is awful
dress isn’t anything like the photo in terms of cut or style. i even ordered a size up & it still is cut so weird that it’s one very specific body shape.
it’s still sitting with tags on & i reached out to customer service to exchange or return & they “rejected” my return.
now look, ive ordered a handful of items from this shop & they’re all gorgeous but for how expensive the items are i would at least like to exchange it for something i can actually wear.
i will keep reaching out for a return but the customer service is horrible.

First time buying from God Save Queens
This was my first time buying from God Save Queens, I ordered the Margaret Top and it arrived in great condition. I was a bit concerned because it is a very thin and delicate sweater as it can be seen in the photo but it arrived with zero damage and I feel like the most important thing when ordering online is that your order arrives with no damage so I’m very happy about the fact that it arrived well. Shows that the products are being taken care of. It also arrived in a beautiful red bag which says “God Save Queens” which I didn’t throw away as I will use on other occasions. Also, it arrived pretty fast and ever since I ordered it I kept receiving emails as I was constantly being informed about my order and that’s something I really appreciate. Exactly as pictured!
The style of the bikini was just as pictured! Delivery was also super fast! The only thing I wish is that the size range was more extended. I bought the largest size top and it's definitely a risky bikini top for a DDD cup, but I still love it enough to keep it.

Perfect customer service
Honestly there is not one bad thing to say about GSQ, I have once ordered a bikini from them because I was stunned by the unique design. Unfortunately cause delivery issues it got lost, but Paulina does not hesitate to help and sends a new one without any questioning!
Last month I bought the cindy bodysuit ( once again, amazing and unique design )
