Kick you when you’re down

Kick you when you’re down, tell you that they would accept bad credit with a guarantor then when you ask them something they say don’t bother we have applicants with better credit than you! I was sceptical about taking the property after the old Tennant showed me pictures of the mouldy house and windows leaking, slugs in the kitchen who they then give a section 6a to because she reported them to environmental health but because I’m desperate for a house I was willing to take it and wait and see if the problems had been fixed. Absolute horrible customer service
