We were excited for this activity but went away angry and feeling ripped off. Actually feel like we were robbed twice. You can never be sure of the weather in Copenhagen and it was supposed to be sunny but wound up raining and cold. We asked for a refund and they said they don’t give refunds even if it’s raining. Had we known that we wouldn’t have bought tickets in advance which you have to do if you want to get a boat on most days. How can you refuse refunds for boat rides that won’t be bought by anyone else because it’s raining? The first theft! We were told that they were watching the weather and the rain would stop in about 20 minutes but it never did. It got lighter for a short while and we saw other people with ponchos coming back. We’d spent almost $300 on the trip so rather than lose the money we decided to go out thinking the rain would let up, it didn’t. So we asked for 3 of the ponchos we saw other people wearing. They said sure and pulled out three tiny packets of the thinnest cheapest plastic ponchos that didn’t go past your butt and THEY CHARGED US $6 FOR EACH ONE!! The second theft! Talk about adding insult to injury these scumbags capitalize further on their non refundable boat rides by charging you more money for what is essentially the thinnest cheapest plastic garbage bags with a hole on the end and a hood that doesn’t cover your head. Guarantee you these ponchos cost them about 30 cents a piece yet they charge the ridiculous sum. At the very least if you won’t refund my money give me the crappy plastic poncho for free. Absolute scumbag move. On top of all that they hardly give you any instructions except forward, reverse and then tell you that if you hold the rudder slightly wrong the whole thing will pop out of the mechanism which it did multiple times when we were underway. Horribly unsafe. I can’t believe this place has decent reviews on here or that it’s still open. If you insist on going just please don’t book in advance or you’ll quite possibly have an experience as bad or worse than ours. And also if you want a better trip don’t use a boat with hand rudder. They have other boats with steering wheels which are probably better but I bet if you turn them to far to the right the whole helm collapses! Thanks for ruining one of our 7 days in Copenhagen go boat! Hope you go out of business soon!

The one-hour harbour tour with guide is great

Our captain Baltasar William was amazing. He welcomed us on board and guided us just as local - telling where he grew up, why he loves living CPH, telling interesting stories. 1 hour went too fast!
We enjoyed it to the maximum.

Excellent. We had a lovely hour on a very comfortable boat. There were 2 of us and 6 other people plus our captain Sebastian. Everyone was very friendly and I think we all agreed it had been an informative and interesting trip. A good way to see and begin to understand the waterways of Copenhagen.

Great captain, super knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the city

I can present two seperate experiences with GoBoat. Both are incredibly disappointing. First of all I hosted an event in a GoBoat around a year ago where the battery died approximately half way through the tour. This was not compensated in any way and caused a great delay and cancellation of our subsequent plans for the day. Second of all, I've bought a gift card for a friend, which apparently has a very short expiration date. She has struggled a lot getting people together and when they finally found a date, which was a few days after the expiration date, she contacted the GoBoat support who told her there was nothing to do about it. This is absolutely ridiculous and an unacceptable way to treat your customers. We are now trying to get rid of the gift card and will do everything we can to avoid this company in the future. Congratulations on your one star GoBoat.

It was costlier, with guide as I and my friends didn’t have experience to row the boat.

The captain was really nice, she explained everything, described every building. I totally enjoyed it.

Me and my 2 other friends took the 13:30 boat trip with a very sweet lady Emilia. The tour was absolutely fantastic and they covered a large area around the canals. She was so patient and she explained us every single landmark we were passing through. It was one of the best experiences we had on our trip in Copenhagen. City was beautiful and I absolutely recommend to anyone who would like to go with Goboat. Thwy were fantastic! Go for it! ❤️

The boat was quiet and clean. Our captain/tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The other guests were nice. The weather was gorgeous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Funny and informative commentary and beautiful scenery of historic areas!

The service was good, everything was clear and understandable. The instructions were also clear. We asked for blankets in case we get cold, they were given with no questions asked. So, we had 2.5 hours of amazing sailing ! The weather spoiled us with lots of sun, the team experienced various emotions sailing, and in general it is a very nice getaway from the work routine. Highly recommended for team building! Experiencing waves, wind, and big tourist boats in a narrow water streets creates bond like never before :)

This was a small group tour on an electric boat. As it was electric it was very quiet so we could hear our guide perfectly as well as being able to ask questions. We really enjoyed the tour and loved the option of getting drinks beforehand. They were slightly disorganised at check in but it didn’t negatively impact our experience.

Nice boat tour going through some of Copenhagen’s most famous landmarks. Weather was not great but we had blankets and heated seats so it was ok.

We had a lovely guided 1 hour harbor boat tour. The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave us insights we wouldn’t have had otherwise. The boat ride was exceptionally smooth. 10/10 would recommend.

Price for 2 hours exactly same dkk 979 for 2 hours, which is exactly the same I paid in the summer this year. It appears that I have overlooked a discount code or it did not show up on my screen.
