I am very happy with, the emails of glucose goddess. And i read the first book. It is super to see how she makes sense in the studies. And translate is to normal language and than to the hacks you can use in daily life very easily.

Love the anti - spike! So much more convenient than taking ACV. Please never stop selling it.

I love Protein Prodigy. Doesn't impact the taste of my coffee. Dissolves well with the frother you supply. Very satisfied.
Also, had an issue with the first frother sent but they very quickly sent a replacement. Great customer service!

If you’ve struggles with overly sweet, chalky and/or chemically-flavored protein powders, consider your problem solved. No taste, not chalky, dissolves seamlessly with the frother - Protein Prodigy will change your life if hitting your protein macro is a goal you have because it’s so easy to add into your daily life. For me, it’s adding it to coffee but because there is no flavor, it really can be added to anything without effecting the flavor or consistency. These are really hard things to achieve in a clean, chemical free protein powder...and I’ve tried them all. It’s more pricey than most, but it is 100% worth the money because you will actually enjoy it which means you will use it. 10 out of 10 for me

Anti-Spike has really helped lower my glucose levels. It works! I’ve been borderline however my last A1C was I was back in normal range. Additionally, Glucose Goddess Customer Service is exceptional. I love the protein powder

I'm trying the Protein Prodigy protein powder, first delivery, loved the whisk and spoon that came with it, great texture and blends well. Excited about it originating from Irish grass fed cows.

I had an issue with the delivery of my order, and unfortunately the package was lost. The customer service team at Glucose Goddess⁠ responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful. Within just a few hours, they arranged a replacement shipment and kept me informed throughout the process.
I truly appreciate their prompt response, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent customer service experience!

I did see some benefit from this product, but when I tried to manage my shipment schedule, I ran into a frustrating and frankly manipulative process. The site offered only a 30-day delay — or a 45-day delay if you attempted to cancel. Choosing to cancel didn't actually cancel anything; it sent me to a video designed to talk me out of it, with no real exit available.

That's not a customer service policy — it's a dark pattern. Deliberately burying the cancellation option behind persuasion content to wear customers down is deceptive, and it erodes any trust the product itself may have earned.

Companies that respect their customers make it easy to cancel. This one doesn't. Buyer beware.

I completely trust the Glucose Goddess guidance and suggestions. I believe that she always has our best interest in mind!

I found it easy to order my anti spike. There was a problem one month as my card had expired but I received a message, I sorted it and my anti spike was sent straight away. Product itself does what it says on the tin so I’m really pleased.

It’s great how quickly the order is prepared, but best of all, you’re always kept informed by email.
