I’m on a path to try and get control of my sugar addiction and have been following the glucose goddess hacks…that along with trialing anti-spike
I decided to order a CGM as well, first of all the hacks do work and I got some great insights from the CGM around having a small snack pre workout in the mornings, the anti-spike definitely works - I can see the difference on the CGM, keep the amazing tips coming Jesse!!

I have been taking the Glucose Goddess supplement for a few months now. I believe that it has really helped any spike when I eat foods high in sugars or carbs. This is a great supplement that has also helped me curb my sugar intake. 👍

Amazing experience from the start. Clear communication, prompt delivery. Began to notice the difference quite quickly. Less bloating and less cravings than before. I just take a couple of capsules when I know I’m going to eat a higher level of carbs and it does all the work. Definitely helping with weight control.

Since taking Anti-spike I have seen some good results. Less gass and bloating after my main meal. I can feel shaky when I'm hungry, this has definitely subsided and I'm less ravenous for food in-between meals.
I tried this as I love Jessies program and I have her book. Although in the back of my mind I was sceptical about trying another tablet. But I can say they are really helping me. Thank you Jessie 💚

I’m on my second bottle as my I’m very happy with my first trial bottle, it stopped me from craving sugary foods as I have sweet tooth, I’ve lost a kilogram and still losing. I’ve tried other products and they were okay but I find Glucose Spike to be far more effective. I had an A1c of 9.9%. Tried Metformin as prescribed by my PCP and it only lasted maybe 3 days. GI issues-side effects were, shall I say, horrible. I decided I could manage my diabetes without medications. Within 9 months my A1c was 5.7 and since then they have been 5.8-6.1 for the past 2 years. You don’t have to ever be a type 2 diabetic. Glucose Spike can be a part of your healthier lifestyle changes and it’s worth it.

great product that does what it claims. we noticed a difference right away. Interactions with Customer Service were beyond reproach. We cant say enough and everyone that has an MD wanting to put them on meds for High sugar and type 2, We'd HIGHLY recommend trying this route along with working to clean up the fatty liver (which you have if you have type2 or headed there). Fantastic natural way to help you body heal and find wellness again!
