My delivery never arrived
My delivery never arrived even though I was in. I got a message with an address 12 minutes away (a farm) where it was delivered. We emailed DHL no reaction.
We drove to the farm in the morning to collect it, but they did not have it either.
We spent an hour ringing DHL who couldnt find our packet with the track and trace number. With the ID they could and could see the delivery as made to the farm and nothing more they could do, we would have to contact the retailer
