I had a terrible solar and battery installation…
I had a solar and battery installation that just did not go well from start to finish:
-Appointments were not kept
-Installation was delayed months
-Customer service was unable to explain delays
-DNO certificate withheld for over a month
-Feedback was provided directly to follow up team and nothing has been heard since.
Not impressed at all!

My glow green boiler service
My boiler service was due in September as i have a yearly subscription to get the boiler serviced and this was arranged through glow green who ensure that a convenient day and time appointment is booked and they send me an email confirming the appointment.
This works well for me and is easy to arrange through glow green and they have never let me down.

The engineer was efficient and friendly
The engineer was friendly, efficient and considerate. He gave the boiler a thorough service, with a running commentary (mostly to himself) as he worked! He also found that a filter had not been cleaned properly on a previous occasion. We appreciated being informed in advance of the initial delay, and then being told when Sean would arrive. A good service!

Boiler service for Mr and Mrs Parkes
Ian the man who came to service our boiler was very efficient from the start we had a phone call from him to say how long he would be and then we was informed of what work he had done to the boiler and showed us pictures of the different stages he had performed (which we had never had been shown by previous engineers) .......he was a very friendly man and answered all of our questions very well ......overall very satisfied with the service .....well done Ian and glow green .........

Booking the service was easy.
On the day, the engineer messaged me to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly and polite, carried out the service with no problems and took the time to explain to me what action I needed to take should I come up against certain problems.

One year with GlowGreen
I’ve been with Glow Green’s plan for just over a year now. We had a few hiccups initially with the installation, but I’m genuinely so glad I stuck with them.
They really do seem to care about providing the best possible customer experience and, importantly, putting things right when something isn’t as it should be.
An engineer recently came out for our one-year service and noticed that one of the pipes hadn’t been correctly routed into the gas mains during the original installation. Rather than ignoring it or making it difficult, Glow Green immediately took responsibility and arranged to have it corrected within a week!
That level of aftercare gives me a lot of confidence in the company. Really impressed with the service and very happy we chose them
