Highly Unprofessional Behaviour

Watch out for the arrogant dentist in this practice, called Mrs Meera Mascarenhas-Moseley. I booked an appointment, and followed their procedures, then upon arrival I was rudely berated for missing an appointment several years ago, which was my mistake TBF, but it's irrelevant now surely, then cancelling my last appointment, although I gave the 24 hours notice, as per their policy. Some people have to work for a living. If there was an issue I would suggest you should mention it before the actual appointment, not breaching our contract at the actual point of action. Why didn't the receptionist say anything beforehand? Regardless, because quite honestly, having seen this woman's disgusting attitude, I wouldn't trust her anywhere near my mouth again anyway. Clearly couldn't care less, and didn't know or care if I had a serious problem, or if I was in pain, etc. Maybe I'm not enough of a cash cow for you, aye?? I would give you zero stars, but one is the lowest unfortunately. Avoid unless you're desperate, and even then I'd think twice.

Vickie Pollard receptionist

Clinically they are brilliant but the receptionist!!!OMG. Once I had managed to get his attention he continued to lean back in his chair and chew his gum whilst talking to me. He really gave the impression that he couldn’t care less. Not a pleasant ending to the visit.

Rushed and full of errors

Rushed and full of errors! I had to return 3 times as they used a temporary filling. When I questioned them about the shabby work, they then proceeded to be extremely rough during treatment. I left half way through treatment feeling like this surgery shouldn’t even be in practice! They do more than necessary when private and dismiss those in minutes who are NHS patients. Poor language skills and extremely rude. Avoid at all costs if you enjoy having teeth left.
