Zero stars was not an option.
I received the Glossybox monthly subscription as a gift November 2022. The company discontinued service in the US in June and I never received any correspondence to inform me, nor received a refund to the original buyer for the remainder of the subscription that had already been paid for. I had to reach out myself to customer service which proves to be difficult as nobody answers the telephone when you call the number listed on the website. I finally received a credit of $70 to buy old expired products.

It was easy to place my order for the Advent Calendar. I first had to make sure you shipped to the US since you stopped shipping monthly subscription boxes here. But that was simple enough also.
I especially liked your price for the Advent Calendar this year. I’ve gotten them previous years at a much higher price.

Glossy box discontinued their…
Glossy box discontinued their subscription in the US. My parents had bought me a year long subscription, which they paid for in advance and I was not told they were discontinuing it. I didn’t get any money back either until I messaged them 5 months later after noticing I hadn’t received a box in a while. If I had forgotten about it they would have never given me the 106 dollars they still owed me

Not the best value for money
Not good value for money. Glossybox just cannot compete with the boxes you'll find on Tiktok that have more interesting products and a lot more bang for your buck.
Note that if you subscribe after 14th of the month you will automatically be signing yourself up to pay for the current month's box and also the next month's box.
Update: After being charged for another month's box even though I was reassured I wouldn't be, Sean was able to rectify the situation and I was happy with his customer service :)
