Ordered 2 PS4 controllers ..neither worked .nit even convinced they were new as came in no box just bubble wrap ..asked if I could return for a refund..finally got a response and told to send to France and once received theyd refund me ..it cost me £12 to send back,they arrived 4wks ago and still no refund and no reply to any of my emails 😡

Wish I'd seen the other reviews before buying a PS4 controller. It arrived very late and when it did it was a cheap fake (not as advertised) and does not work properly. I've emailed 5 times now for a refund but got no response. GLOBEE ARE SCAMMERS!

Ordered a PS4 controller and the item is not delivered after 50 days. No way of direct communication by phone and the e-mails reponse for refund is ridiculous and unreal. If you want to save your money DO NOT ORDER.

Avoid, they are selling fake products, bought a Ps4 controller, I received a cheap fake that didn't even work. After WEEKS of emails with their customer service they allowed me to return it after I threatened legal action against them. Then gave me address in France and told to use french delivery service and cover the return costs... A joke of a company...

Don't order from this company. Took over two weeks to deliver even though within two hours of ordering I cancelled they order, they didn't cancel it. They still sent it despite me asking them several times the order was requested to be cancelled within two hours. The forced the order on me and then gave a return address which was for France. So out of order they are not true to their word. Their customer service is not good they don't check emails on time and accuse customers that they didn't inform them with the given period. Would never order again from such a company. Stay away from such company

SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT BUY takes money tell you it’s shipped then goes silent forever

Ordered a PlayStation 4 controller, as I seen this site was selling them for a cheaper price so thought oh a great deal, but yes like a lot of things if it seems to good to be true it usually is!
They took the money straight away from my account, then I had a text message from a random number, saying my order had been placed and they would contact me again, when item was shipped, 7 days later absolutely nothing, no sms no email, I tried numerous times to contact them but no one replied, this site is 100% a scam site, don’t make the same mistake I did just pay the extra from a well know supplier.

No booklets enclosed with the 2 london globes I purchased. Now can’t give them as presents as incomplete.

Terrible company and practices. They sent me the wrong product, and will now will not answer my emails. Unable to return because postage to return is higher than actual worth of product. Very disappointed and will never buy from this company again. Now I am out my money and the products I purchased. Please everyone read reviews and don't buy from them!! Its a scam

A lot of hackery and politics in this company. They stopped supporting BCH because they didn't like the winner of the hashwar.

I have the strongest suspicion that this is a scam. I purchased an item from them in November 2017. The tracking information they first sent me showed the item 'wandering' around Asia, finally landing up in Shanghai. Following a query I was then sent another set of tracking details, this time using DPD. I followed the tracking information on the DPD site until the item was delivered to GERMANY. I do not live in Germany. I tried to contact DPD but they needed a delivery code format that did not match any of the information given by Globeebag. Based on my experience I would suggest you avoid using this company (if indeed it is one).

I ordered an umbrella from Globee as a gift for a friend. The umbrella never arrived and I received no response whatsoever from the 3 emails I sent to them. I have now escalated a claim through Paypal to try to get my money back. I will never use them again and would definitely not recommend them to anybody.

Can't rate product as not received but customer service very poor. Goodsnot received and then my word questioned. I am noot happy.

Ordered an umbrella which never arrived, despite several e-mails/phone calls (they rarely answer the phone). Eventually they refunded my money with no communication. I still wanted the item, so phoned them again and spoke to someone who offered to send out a complimentary umbrella. Guess what - it never arrived. Absolute waste of time.

I ordered this globe 3-4 weeks before fathers day, as it looked like a really good present that my Dad would like. All seemed to be going well, however the passed and the globe didn't arrive.

I decided to email Globee to find out what was happening with my order. After 2 weeks they still didn't even bother to reply. I have now emailed them to cancel the order, as I'm not confident whether this is even a genuine retailer.

Really really disappointed with the service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH GLOBEE!
