I paid $299 to Global USA in March 2024 after being contacted by phone regarding immigration services to the United States. During the call, I clearly explained that I was NOT interested in the DV Lottery but wanted real immigration assistance. They agreed, and I proceeded with payment.

After the payment, I received no service, no application confirmation, no case number, and no communication from the company. I only heard from them again after I requested a refund.

When I asked for proof that any service had been provided, Global USA repeatedly sent generic responses referring to their terms and conditions but never provided evidence of work done on my behalf.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly, my refund request was denied without proof of service.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment.

However, I have already contacted your customer service multiple times by email requesting proof that any service was provided after my payment in March 2024.

UPDATE: The company replied publicly but still has not provided any proof that a service was delivered or offered a refund. I remain open to resolving this matter.
