Being member for last 15 years, done a tons of surveys but noticed recently their standards of customer service slipped considerably and not bothered any more. There are much better panels at the market at the moment like Valued opinions or Ipsos I say, with far better customer service.

I tried to redeem my points and was told no - I think they have gone under now

Terrible company, closed my account with 1900 points in it. Won't respond to my emails. Would recommend avoiding at all costs

Go Outdoors sends me an email telling me I have a chance to win £250 voucher if I fill in a survey.

At the end of the survey, 20 min of my time. I get the message that ' The maximum people have already submitted this survey, so it is closed now. '

DONT DO ANY SURVEYS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

They LIE about the survey times. Your make pennies. IF you see this name RUN.

I do surveys through a company called rewardia, through which Global test market provide some surveys. I have fully completed 4 surveys for GTM through this company rewardia, only to be told that I did not qualify for the survey.....at the final stage of submitting the survey. At first I let it pass and should have known better, but fell for this company again and again. Well today is the final straw, after completing a survey about fuel for my car. I will never do another survey for GTM no matter the "reward" offered. They are dishonest thieves.

Global test market is complete scam. We at igurucool.in never received $100 cheque which we earned after filling lot of surveys.

Being honest and truthful at Globaltestmarket data surveys , but also earned life health activities and environmental issues .
I would also like Globaltestmarket to keep on encouraging on academical research programes .

Totally defunct site. Can't log in at all. It doesn't accept my original password so tried to reset. It doesn't accept ANY passwords. I ensured the characters meet at least 6 and above, ensured BIG caps and SMALL caps, ensured numeric and special characters added, even went to a separate website to generate a secure password, but NO IT DOESN'T ACCEPT ANY PASSWORD. Decided to give up and move on. I want to give ZERO stars but I can't so the worst I can give.

I have been with both Global Test Market and MySurveys for several years with no complaint. However, since the two became LifePoints, I can't login, have emailed them several times, no response. Also, I have stopped receiving invitation emails from them which is bizarre as previously I was inundated with them. I am extremely annoyed as I am owed quite a bit of money. Not good.

As so many have mentioned this is a No Go Site! I have been part of Global Testmarket for years and My Survey with no problems whatsoever. This unscrupulous Site doesn't bother to reply or solve forgotten passwords or anything!
Not impressed at all.

I've been with Global Test Market for years, about a year or so ago the screen outs became so regular that it became a very disheartening experience, but I persevered until I had enough points to cash out. The recent changes to the site have been the last straw, however. The site takes what seems like an age to load, every single time, like everyone else I have had ridiculous numbers of emails inviting me to log in, the surveys continue to screen out over and over and over again, there is simply no pleasure any more in even bothering to attempt to collect points since the whole set up appears to be completely broken.

I was hoping the issues would be addressed and fixed, but a couple of months on it remains exactly as it was, so I've just closed my account, if only to free my inbox from the constant bombardment of their emails. It's felt like being conned over and over again and never learning from the experience, utterly dispiriting and ultimately contemptuous of its members.

Been with this company for over 10 years and suddenly my account is terminated saying I had not been honest! I always answered truthfully and when I asked why, I had a reply 6 months later saying my request to close my account had been completed.
Just a waste of time - there are much better sites available. Don't waste time on this one.

I've been a member for about 1 1/2 years and despite some snags here and there, I was reasonably happy and made a few extra bucks.

They must've gotten killed by some corporate greed. Since the site turned into LifePoints, the SCAMMERS and THIEVES CINT.COM took over it as well as the only other decent site I was using - Survey Junkie. I don't understand how this highway robbery can be possibly legal! Isn't there a class-action lawsuit for them?! You constantly get their "lovely" and absolutely DELIBERATE "error" page and you don't get paid! These a-holes, hiding in the shadows (who knows who they even are!) rob you blind of your time, effort, and work!

Tonight, the S*** hit the fan on both sites! I wasn't paid for more than half of the surveys, all courtesy of cint.com! Btw, not that it will make any difference, but please leave a review for them, too (there is a separate place)! I'd suggest contacting attorney generals and BBB as well, but they're basically invisible... I read somewhere that this DISGUSTING SCAM is out of Sweden, but I don't know if that's a fact. I sent them an e-mail directly to express my "feelings." As if the thieves care, of course...

On top of that, ever since GTM turned into LifePoints, it's been slower than ever, constantly logs you out, and nobody responds to any e-mails. The only small benefit is that they now pay faster and you can cash out a smaller amount, too, but that becomes a moot point when the thieves cint.com are left to run amok and steal your work because you no longer make any money.

At this point, I don't see any reason to waste my time anymore on either "LifePoints/SCAM CINT.com" or "surveyjunkie/SCAM CINT.com"!

I have been a member of Global Test Market for years, earning over £1000 and always being paid promptly. Since the rebrand to Lifepoints I am unable to login to my account. I have e-mailed the company numerous times without reply. The rebrand has been a complete disaster in my opinion.

Not impressed!!!

Disgusting, after being with the former group for years, and now after changing to lifepoint, I get up to 15 emails a day, mostly overnight, and no reply to my complaints. I have threatened them this morning with further action and will quit this group after I get paid out for the points I have earned. A disgrace, should be made to shut down.

I was a very loyal member of Global Test Market for years, faithfully filling in the surveys and being rewarded promptly. The revamp has been an unmitigated disaster. The one point polls end in error messages. Some surveys end in error messages. The website logs you out after a short period of time. Nobody replies to emails.

The last straw for me was how after spending a LONG time filling in a 100 point survey, it led me to a logged out message. Logging back in, I could not see that my points had been credited.

What nonsense is this? A prime example of failing to plan leading to a plan to fail. Big time.

Having been with them for a few years with odd hiccups, although extremely bad at responding to messages it recently changed to LifePoints where it wasn’t accepting my login details when I queried it they said my account had been closed due to “fraudulent activity” I know for a fact that has never happened, and having read a few other posts it seems I’m not the only one. Don’t touch

Used to be a half decent site but such a waste of time now. They daily bombard my inbox with surveys that I never get through on and their website takes forever to lad. Don't waste your time!
