great service, great rates, great after care & follow up; even personal one to one service when I struggled with some details on the website; 100% recommended

This was the first time that I had used a third party company to transfer money abroad and I did have some trepidation. However, my dedicated trader Peter Lilly and two members of the trade support team, Emma and Charlotte, helped me through the online process. Global Reach had been recommended to me by a friend and I would be happy to recommend them myself as the money was transferred quickly and at a good rate.

Once an account is set up then transactions are simple. I have no complaints.

I've had no problems at all with international money transfers (for overseas holidays) but on both occasions I've had to phone up to arrange this. Everything went smoothly and cannot fault the service I was given. My only gripe was that I continually had problems logging in on line because my password wasn't recognised. Having said that, the personal telephone service was so good I'm not sure I could have done bett3er by any other means. The exchange rates offered were either the best or very close to it. I will use them again but possibly not on line!

The main thing I like about Global Reach Partners is that you get one person to deal with, and corresponding with that person by e mail is easy. I received prompt responses from my contact, and an efficient and straightforward service. Their exchange rates are pretty good too compared to others in the market.

This is my 2nd time now in transferring money from the UK to Australia.

Had difficulty with the on line account opening application form as their server was playing up. However, after making telephone contact, things were quickly sorted and my first transaction went according to plan. Jonathon extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and communication was excellent at all times.

Great service, no hassle, all questions answered promptly. Miles better than the bank for transferring money abroad - rate, speed and service.

I am using GRP to transfer my monthly salary in Riyals from Saudi to Sterling home in the UK. Was impressed by the professional approach from start to finish. I picked GRP as they are FCA registered and from speaking to Matt and his team I was happy to trust them. This trust was well placed.

Honestly .... Very difficult . 3 weeks to have information we need.... after a last call the contact told us we will have the transfer as soon as they received our bank transfer. Global received the money on Thursday.....and when my wife asked for our transfer, our contact informed her she had to click on a special button on the website for having in 1 day. But diront 3 weekend of discussion he never spoke about that... So Global made a commitment for transfer our money on Friday and if we will receive it on Monday we were lucky !!!!! So no it was not a good experience at all. Respect of the customer and respect a commintment if this kind of business it s the base.
