No Problems - they just did what they promised

I have been using another well known,exchange company for a few years.
Service was ok,but i thought i should have a comparison ,i contacted Global Reach,the rate i received was better than ,the company i usually use.
Simple on line form to complete,even sent me a quick step by step guide.Once transaction had gone through,received a call ,to ensure i was happy with the service.I will be using Global Reach in the future.

Global have held my money for 2 months without letting me know they had not transferred it to Spain ..

A pleasure to do business with. From registering to completion they were very helpful explaining how to complete the process. We chose Global Reach as, although they charge a fee, the higher exchange rate more than made up for this. We will always use them in the future for any further International money transfers. This is my third or fourth GBP exchange service with Global reach and each time the staff who was holding my personal client portfolio has changed each time; but the standard and personal care has alwayes exceeded my expectations. This time it was Mr Jonathan Goss who looked after my account and I must say the personal care and hard work he has put in to has been excellent and somewhat has helped relived my stress associated with foreign exchange!!

I am still waiting to be asked about my account details in south America for my money to be transferred.

I was given a Code. user name and password but I was not able to log in into my account to give my details to finish the transaction.

Too slow I have transferred an small amount but almost 5 days still not done.

GRP carried out their currency service in a very professional and highly compliant and manner. Sincere thanks Michael Abbott and Perter Lilly for their fiduciary duties in transferring the Euros from Crete to the UK.

It was quickly dealt with and the transfer arrived swiftly as promised. Great communication especially as I was travelling and getting hold of me was not obvious.
