You can get GRP to seat on your money until a prearrang exchange has been met.

Deposit of £4000 because I went online to my bank account. I feel GR should have communicated to me
About this 2nd deposit.

Contact with client dealer is quick and efficient. Pro active contact of GRP good as well. Opening the online account more difficult. The promised system generated email still needs to come. Financially attractive arrangement with GRP is definitely there.

Dealing with a company you do not know and trusting them with your money is a little worrying but the service and dealings you get from Global Reach makes you feel confident in their service

The 1 cent charged from prevailing market rate is excessive for trades in excess of 5000 GBP.

There are big problems making payments on the web site. Despite payment templates being saved it is impossible to select them when making a payment. They are never seen. Payment details have to be entered manually every time and even when this is done the payment is often not accepted and the whole process has to be repeated - 3, 4 or maybe 5 times. The last time I tried I was totally unable to make the payment and had to email Jonathan Gross to do it for me.
Please resolve this.

This did all work out okay, but didn't find the form online very easy, so had to ring them to help, which made it all go through much easier for me.

Great service. Made trade on a Monday, cash was in my foreign account on Wednesday morning.

The reason I continuously use Global Reach is because they are Proffessional but friendly and make it simple to process transactions.

Very helpful and very professional. My contact Peter explained things very clearly and alerted me straight away when the exchange rate that I was aiming for became available. He also offered some invaluable help when some additional information was required and I wasn't able to get back to him for the best part of the day. A 5-star service. Will definitely use them again.
