The cleanse process was very simple and I had a good routine built for the week pretty easily. I struggled with feeling sick to my stomach 4 hours after drinking the olive oil. I’m small in stature and think it just filled my stomach up to much. I emailed asking a question early on in my cleanse, and was very happy that I received a reply within 24 hours. I will do another cleanse in a few months.

For your next cleanse, we recommend that you consume the olive oil more slowly, sipping it through a straw over the course of about 15-20 minutes. This gradual intake will allow your body to digest the oil better and minimize any feelings of nausea or discomfort. Additionally, be sure to stay hydrated throughout the process by drinking plenty of water.

I have mixed feelings on this product
I have mixed feelings on this product. I’ve been taking a new medication that causes constipation and I’ve seen IG influencers rave about this so I tried it. Sometimes i feel like it really works, but more often than not, i still feel backed up and struggling to go. I’ll keep using it and see if it doesn’t work better with time. Even when I take all four, I often don’t even “go”. I’ve been taking it several times a week now for about 10-14 days. When it works, it works good. When it doesn’t, it’s frustrating. But I’m hopeful and I’m gunna keep trying!

Excellent product

I used the colon cleanse for the first time this week.
I love everything about it, except, I believe it made my UTI come back after just getting off antibiotics the day before starting the program. I think too much sugar overload for me. The last two days I ate a salad in the afternoon, and my fruit in the am. The OXY-POWDER still worked the next morning. I will use again! I even got an Xray taken of my intestines yesterday, and they showed nothing in the lower large, and only normal amounts in the small at the top. I feel very good about this product.

Great products and great service
I have tried a few products like candida balance and latero It seems to have helped. I have diabetes which doesn’t act like diabetes so I am going to get the full detox program from dr group. They have been very informative and on top of everything regarding orders and such. Very very helpful! Their website works beautifully and customer service fantastic. Have had no issues. Global Healing products are very good in Quality. I also trust in GH company.
I've bought good supplements from Global Healing for a long time. I trust in this company's products. Plus getting the benefits from subscription and reward programs. However, some products are expensive and I can not effort to buy it.
