Snorkling Tour paid. No Showing up

Give them one star as zero or negative stars are not possible. Please do yourself a big favour and avoid them!!! Booked and paid snorkling tour via their website. They sent me a message that they would pick me up at 7:30 in the morning. Waited until 9:00. Nobody showed up, no messages, no explanations and no €35,00.
Totally avoid this organisation. They should be deeply ashamed. Not good for tourism in Egypt.
Again please avoid!! Valuable holiday time lost, money likely lost and frustration.
