First experience traveling across EU and apply for tax free

What a great experience of Global Blue. You can check your tax free in the app. Only other thing, You have to apply to the desk at the last country on your itinerary. That case, first, you have to go to an another office and get stamps, then you can apply to Global Blue. So you need to extra time to go both desks. I hope it becomes more flexible. Anyway refund is so fast. Perfect.

The worst of the three VAT providers

This system was by far the most difficult to use as opposed to Planet and Tax Free VAT systems. The automated kiosk was cumbersome, and not user friendly. This was crucial because I needed to utilize it BEFORE the actual Planet Blue office opened. As a result, I had to forfeit my refund. If you’re lucky you will not need to acquire a tax refund using this method. And, if you have a choice, I’d purchase from retailers who DO NOT USE GLOBAL BLUE.

Easy Global Blue Refund

Form quick to fill. Staff in all shops easily fill forms and refund online promptly. At airport so easy to complete transactions. Refund received only after few days.

Fast and good service

Fast and good service. However the commisions are really high. In other countries it’s possible to ask for the tax refund in local currency but I don’t know they that’s not possible in Perú

Your process SUCKED and took a…

Your process SUCKED and took a ridiculous amount of time. We had to go from one line to another twice for no reason at all... except maybe to ensure we never want to ship in Italy again?? What the hell??
