Ordered some sliders for a birthday present & paid for express two day delivery. (Order No. #484527533) As they didn't arrive by day two I contacted JD Sports customer service. I was refunded the express delivery charge and told they would be delivered by noon the following day. Yet again, nothing arrived - their automated service told me they were 'on track for delivery by 9pm today.' I called customer service again only to be told this time that the items were out of stock and the next delivery was not expected until October! Absolute shambles and waste of my time, as well as very disappointing not to have had these for the birthday they were intended for. In fairness the second customer care agent I spoke to was very apologetic and tried his best to help out by checking stock levels of the items in nearby JD Sports shops - of which there were none. I have so far only placed 2 online orders with JD Sports and been rather badly let down on both occasions, so I very much doubt I will be placing a 3rd order with them!

Three times I’ve ordered from JD and every single time they take more than 7 days to pick and pack the items. They also don’t update their stock on the website quick enough so every single time I’ve ordered the items I wanted have been out of stock and just refunded.

Waste of time and waste of my money.

I think if you order & pay for an item then it should be stock, sent within a reasonable time and not refunded over 8 days later….

Not the first time this has happened but I though hey give it a try maybe it was a glitch but guess what it’s worse as this time jd don’t bother replying
Ordered and PAID in full with EXPRESS delivery 5 days later no goods after sending emails, and requests through social media no response PLEASE be aware once you place your order these don’t even try to help or resolve it for you, I’m a good deal of money down no goods no response nothing

I have bought scotland tops .in Argyle street glasgow I asked staff for the scotland flag and was told they didn't have any left As I was walking away a member of staff next to her gave 1 to his Costomer so I said to the girl that served me So she went to ask another staff he pointed under neath the counter but she then said none left sorry but she didn't even look Very Disappionted Costomer looking for an explanation about this matter

I guess it is my problem that the stock refreshes very slow and now I will not get my products, just one small product with expensive and slow shipping.

Awful JD sports, I have ordered my sons tracksuits since 23rd April and still haven’t received it checked on tracking the order it’s with the courier since over a week still not delivered it . What the f sake are hermes playing at ?? all together awful service and full on scamming people

Paid $37.99 for the fastest shipping option they had available on my order of 1 pair of shoes. Everyone in the US knows anything $30+ can definitely get you overnight/next day air with any courier. But instead they decide to ship my package as UPS ground essentially stealing my money plus a weeks delivery time. Will never shop with them again.

Thanks to JD Sports in Brixton, I got a great pair of trainers for my son's Birthday. The young dude that served me was fantastic, helping me to choose a great pair of trainers within my budget. I am sure my son can't wait to enjoy them.

I ordered a shoe from jd sports.I did not get my order my money is deducted from my account.I am really disappointed it is really worse service of this jd sports online application.I suggest you don't buy shoe from this online application if u buy shoe u go to the Jd store.

My order should be delivered by February 6 and now it's March 18! 😡 Stop lying about the delivery time!

Absolutely scam, really they charging more without telling anything.

Never read these reviews until I placed my orders, so wasn’t hopeful with all the negative comments. I made 2 separate orders, ordered Friday (29th Jan), delivered Monday (1st Feb). And Ordered Saturday (2nd February), delivered Friday (5th). No issues with the service to the Highlands (Scotland).

I ordered 3 weeks ago and they haven’t even send my package yet. Poor customer service.

The worse customer service company. Wrote at least 3 emails to them and never heard back. Tried to contact them
from Twitter finally, someone reached out but can’t provide any further help with when my order would be dispatched. The order was placed on 12/13 and it has been 2 weeks still nothing. The company has multiple websites, it seems really fishy and weird now I think of it. Jpsports global will not order from them again. I will contact my bank and see what I can do to reverse payment if I don’t get my order soon.

10 days & still had no answer as to when I’ll receive my order. I’ve asked for a full refund and got no reply. I am disgusted with this so called company and their customer service.

When orders (made 2 so 2 delivery charges) arrived half the items were not there.Showing as out of stock on invoice even though paid for.

This is so annoying as they were matching items and now have only half of them.

Other websites seem to manage to not sell out of stock items so why not them.

I now have to decide if I send it all back and start again which is difficult as they are presents from a wish list.

This review concerns JD SPORTS GLOBAL.
I give it 2 Stars, because the product doesn't seem to be fake. However, the after sales is non existant and the product (sneakers), are in their box, but the box is in a bag. So it arrives smashed and full of holes.
Also they are selling and exporting to Europe but you can't make any returns to Europe through the website. Which tells me they don't have the authorisations.
I don't recommend ordering from this site. Any country specific JD sports site should be ok, but the global one is a bit dodgy.
