TOTAL SCAM: purchased item for £14.98 as it clearly shows on my invoice. Was overcharged, in Euros, so I also had excess foreign currency charges. Invoice says Reply to this email; that email doesn't work. Similarly, their listed support email does not work. LYING THIEVES, AVOID.

I used to work for them. Some reviews saying customer oayed fine...we as cleaners do to! Imagine vomiting bug called frkm school to get your child 9.30 ish morning! I was told (self employed!) To provide SICK NOTE FROM GP otherwise 12 pounds will be take of my pay!!! Bloody joke. Also they advertise like agency FROM LONDON while every person txt you from +63 code! Not uk based. At all .

Its crazy how companies can still get away with paying employees £8.50 per hour while also demanding they bring and buy their own cleaning equipment. Both this company and the people who buy services from them are despicable.

Great quality end of tenancy cleaning, better than any other cleaning services I've used so far. Communication was very good as well.

I've used the cleaning service six times, and on five out of those six occasions, something went wrong. Once, the cleaning was cancelled an hour before the scheduled time. Another time, it was cancelled due to the cleaner's family issues, and I was provided with unnecessary details about it. Twice, they rescheduled my cleaning for a different time slot. I could understand these inconveniences if the cleaning service was good, but unfortunately, it was awful. It seems the cleaners dislike their job. They leave dirty floors, and clothes on the floor, and sometimes forget to clean entire rooms. One cleaner was so slow that she couldn't finish cleaning one of the two rooms and two bathrooms in three hours.

After cancelling my bi-weekly cleaning, they offered me a complimentary cleaning, which I had to reject because it would be a waste of time. Eventually, I found an amazing self-employed cleaner, and now I'm happy.

Dombromina was very sweet and professional. She worked very hard and made my flat spotless.

She even managed to get rid of limescale on my taps that I’d been tackling for ages!

Our cleaners were fantastic and very observant. They hit all of the areas that required a deep clean and spent the time ensuring all aspects of the job were done. We will be using again.

Huge thanks to Thalita and Edna for doing such an amazing job making our 2BR flat glisten (or shall I say “glimmer”) for a regular clean! Honestly so so happy and excited by our newly cleaned flat. I am so impressed by their professionalism and skill. They arrived on time, and did an amazing job in just 1.5 hours, and went above and beyond what I expected, and deep cleaned the bathroom and kitchen in addition to the regular clean. Glimmr has relieved a lot of stress on my end - doing the cleaning on top of our full time jobs has been really hard lately, but I feel so much happier and relieved already, knowing that the Glimmr team is so professional and talented and able to help! I will definitely be rebooking for future cleans on a regular basis. Many thanks also to Rosie for the excellent communication and for coordinating the logistics of the clean between myself, Thalita, and Edna. What an amazing team! Thank you again!

Really great cleaners! We've used Glimmr a lot of over the past 2 years. We manage a few Airbnbs and the cleaners are always very reliable, punctual and the customer team always go the extra mile to help us out especially when things don't quite go to plan. Would recommend to anyone else looking for a good cleaners!

I’m surprised at how this agency is still in business. Over the last 6 months their cleaners have either been hours late or not shown to the booking for at least half the cleans. This of course with either 5 minutes notice or none at all.
On top of that, most of their cleaners just leave early as well, especially if you’re in another room working and won’t notice them sneaking out leaving stuff undone.
Lastly, the receptionists are really rude as well and only reply when they have an excuse to avoid accountability or when they want to take out their frustrations for being so (purposely) incompetent on their clients.
Not surprised they have very few cleaners if this is their standard behaviour, I’m sure they’re losing clients by the minute too.

unprofessional,rude and indecent activities with these lowlife people. Timewasters with no good communication skills, not straight forward at all. Risking people life. Lack of home morality. Never use these scams bunch of ridiculous people again. Nonsensity characters.
