Very helpful with a difficult order

I order a mystery case of four malts, but shipping was taking a long time. After talking with the very helpful Maria, the problem was identified that one of the very expensive mystery bottles wasn't available any longer. Maria did some digging and was able to offer a choice if three other malts. As I was away on holiday, she also changed the delivery address to that of my son. From that point onwards, all worked fine. Slightly disappointed I didn't get to try the "Take of Cake" (Amazon was offering for £499 a bottle), but the substitute is still very good value and customer service worked very well.

Glenmorangie Nectar D'Or new bottlings:

Glenmorangie Nectar D'Or new bottlings:
You have made the packaging beautiful but NOT the LIQUID which more important than anything else.
You have removed the age statement (stated 12 years before) and the liquid is not the same.
Hope you can rectify this and bring back the same liquid as before with the age statement. Because that was one of the greatest whiskies of many whisky connoisseurs!
