I visited Gleason homes on Thursday…

I visited Gleason homes on Thursday 25th April 2025
I meet Jackie grieves at the marketing suite.
I had travelled from kent to view homes and was running a little late , she was very understanding and welcoming on arrival.
I had a good visit and enjoyable conversations too.
She’s good at her job and great with people who like me are unsure of the journey and location.
I was helped with my return journey back to Durham by bus this time.
So I wanted to make sure she was given the credit for her patience and good customer service.
