Amazing customer support
The prices and products look amazing, and I was so excited to receive my package. However, when I got home a few hours after FedEx marked the package as delivered, it had been stolen off of my porch. I was devasted, filed a police report, and a ticket to FedEx, not expecting them to help at all.
When I reached out to GLD customer support, they were not only beyond helpful, but they sent me a replacement order the very next day. I am over the moon that they assisted me so promptly and kindly, and now I am even more excited to get my package!
Will definitely be doing business with GLD in the future.
