Terrible service!!! It's practically a scam. I paid for the service and used it for six months, and I can't say it helped me much. But most importantly, I was on the road and couldn't cancel the subscription, so I ended up forgetting about it. Today, I was charged a rather large amount to renew my subscription. I thought it was no big deal and would request a refund since I hadn't used the subscription for a single day! But customer support told me they weren't going to refund me! Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered this! They cite some kind of rules. I'll end up finding a lawyer and filing a lawsuit for compensation! Don't use this service!

I've lost $99 susbcribing to glassnode, they are click baiting you to purchase the advance plan but after paying the software is not providing helpful information at all!

Absolute trash customer service, in fact, there’s ZERO customer service. It's impossible to get a reply. And it's impossible to even get a refund even they have a 14 days refund policy. There are many other better on chain analysis tools out there, AVOID GLASSNOTE!!

Terrible click bait, you subscribe and then 50% of the time when you click on a dashboard they ask you for another upgrade…. Worst UX that have experienced

I don't often leave reviews, but Glassnode's recent set of product updates have made it super easy for me to plan trading strategies and execute on them effectively. Great data sets, great product layout - hats off to the dev and product team, appreciate the work you are doing!

Relevant and easy to understand charts and explanations. Its a great compass to navigate through the Bitcoin development and filtering out noise

Complete Scam. False advertising. Not up to date data. Charged me another year subscriptions. No phone number. Do not reply to emails.

Out of curiosity I checked reviews of Glassnode. I am a long time customer and have a rather good overview of onchain data offers. Actually, the metrics in the advanced plan are very useful and provide a level of sophistication in data that is more than sufficient for most users (including historical data, not only back one month but full historical range). The charting tools / dashboards / workbench are the best in the market. I do not understand the criticism. It is clearly stated what metrics are included in what plan. An apparent lack of own reading comprehension or diligence does not make the product or the company untrustworthy.

WARNING about Glassnode - With the $29 / Month "Advanced" plan the majority of the metrics that you will want to use are almost useless because these metrics only plot back on the chart for the past 1 month. And since On-chain analysis is more for longer time frames the metrics plotted on the chart does not go back far enough for comparison or for the metric to be useful. Definitely check this out and only pay for one month to try it out, Don't buy for the full year until you try it out and see what i mean. If you buy for 1 year you will save $10 per month which gets it down to $29/month. but try it out for 1st month before you commit. Its understandable that with the lower tier "Advanced" plan you won't get all the really advanced metrics which is fair at this cheaper price point. But the most popular metrics included with this "Advanced" plan only plots on charts for the last 30 days and is quite useless for the majority of your charting. They are making a big mistake to limit the historical plotting of the metrics on our charts. I left and had to go to their competition, which basically has the same metrics and same plans, but they don't have the historical/time limitations for the most popular metrics in their $29/month plan. Without this limitation the $29/month plan would be worth it, but currently it is not

The advanced tier is a joke, don't fall for it. It shows 1 month old data only.

The absolute worst, month old data, very overpriced. 100% a scam.

When you subscribe you have to subscribe to their newsletter as well. The charts are useless with a simple subscription. Scammy.

May be the most valuable crypto metrics site at the moment. Keep up the good work guys.
