The three sets of five pairs socks have been delivered. Colours and sizes somewhat at variance with order. May be wearable by those for whom intended, or may need to be swapped about, gifted to others. Perplexing.

price is acceptable, if actually fit for purpose. as presents will be sent with advice to try them out and send elsewhere if insuitable. Will advise to treat as Mother's Pick&Mix. No actual complaint with colours/patterns, one set totally different from order. Bring back the Department Stores...

Seriously wished I had read the reviews before buying! First of all, I only ordered this dog groomer set, one because it said only two day delivery! Then find out it’s coming from china! Way too long for delivery, secondly it stated it was quiet, I bought this because my dog is anxious, so needed a quiet one. Please don’t use this company, I want my money back.

Getting a refund looks like I will have to go legal on them .
Under the consumer rights act 2015 they are contravening our legal rights.
Perhaps we could all speak with ombudsman and hopefully get this company closed down.
Doubtful as it seems to be Chinese based but I’m going for them whatever it takes.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! This is a total scam company. I order2 GPS cat trackers that did not work at all! And trying to get any support or refund is impossible as every email response is AI generated. I sent them a very nasty email about how horrible their company and is is the response: "Hello, Thank you for your email and your extended patience.We understand how annoying this can be, but we can help you solve this by sending a new shipment for not only the same product but also you can choose any other product from the same price range. Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience but we are always here to assist you. Looking forward to your response. Please let us know how we can help!" Does this sound like a human to you?!! I will be reporting them to BBB for fraud.

absurb delivery time, circa 1 month and has arrived today (3 weeks after kids school trip which is what i needed them for!). in truth i am not even sure the power banks are fit for purpose and worry they may not even be electrically compliant - poor quality, slow delivery and zero comms, should probably be investigated for flase advertising as product looks NOTHING like it does online

Man! I'm so disappointed with this company, although the service response is quite quick. Both hard drives I bought from corrupted the files when you transfer and also take to transfer.. rendering both hard drives useless!!!!!!! avoid avoid!

Ordered air conditioning units and they have not arrived. All correspondence with them is weird - perhaps generated by AI with the use of emoji. Refusing to issue refund.

The only reason I have given one star is because there is no zero. I would not rate them at all. I have just received my order of the garden fairy, what a poor specimen, nothing like the pictures on site. Supposed to be mesh metal and it is solid and damaged. I asked for a refund and got the 50% and choose something else or 15% refund. To get anything back you have to send photos of the goods. What a shabby company. I wonder if I will receive anything. Do NOT use this company for anything. They do not operate like a kosher company. A good company would refund for shabby, damaged goods. Hope this review is USEFUL enough. So angry.

They sent me a jacket which according to their size chart should have fitted, I could not do up the buttons. So asked for a refund. They sent me the following reply:

Total scammers .they send out cheap crappy stuff and refuse to give refunds wouldn't even let me send item back.i finished up with a 20% refund on £40 purchase. How can they still be running a business. Scammers DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

I ordered a 1080p camera from Glasskin and it’s absolute garbage. The device doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t connect to any app – I tried all the suggested ones, reset it multiple times, followed every instruction. Nothing helped.

There is no proper manual, no support, and the QR code leads to an app that says “Incorrect device.” This is clearly a cheap, non-functional product and a complete waste of money.

Very disappointed. I would not recommend buying anything from this site.

If I could give them 0* I would. STAY AWAY from this scam company. Despite ordering a power bank on 30-06-25 & receiving a Royal Mail 48hr guaranteed delivery receipt. To date no item has been recieved. I quickly realised after just a couple of emails that something was off. They refused to cancel the order. Despite my cancelling it within 2 days and it not being shipped. They claimed the order had been shipped but over a week later they sent a link claiming the item had only just left China! The 'Free express shipping' is a con. The website claims delivery is 3-5 working days of ordering, yet 'customer support' contradicted that by saying 7-12 days and the Royal Mail link (which did link to RM) said 48hrs guaranteed. The reviews on their page? Probably fake. I'm resigned to never seeing the item or my money back but reported it to bank in case any attempt to take more money. Given this item is an electrical item, I'm doubtful now it even passes UK Electrical standards. AVOID!!!!

Don’t buy. Bought a facial cleaning system that is broken. Turned on by itself and now won’t turn off until battery rang out.. now won’t turn on. after lots of complaints they have promised to replace but still no notification that it’s shipped. They should give refund if product doesn’t work..

STAY AWAY. It’s a scam company!
Ordered a toothbrush. Arrived after weeks and it was of very cheap quality and won’t turn on even after charged. Complained with the customer “care” and they suggested to send it back at my own expenses (illegal under UK laws for online purchases) or refund me 20%. Contacted my credit card company who investigated the issue and stopped the payment.

Fraudulent company:
The same experience as the previous reviews. Ordered a ceramic bowl, a plastic one arrived. I gave them lots of opportunities to refund and send a return label if they wanted it back, they just sent multiple discount offers and refused to refund unless it was returned to China with a tracked courier at my expense.

This company is a bunch of scammers I purchased a grass trimmer which was on their website for £39.99 it took weeks to arrive then I just received the blades no machine, I tried to return it for a refund after several emails and sending them photos of the unused product they said they don’t give refunds. Don’t deal with this company I wish I had read their reviews before ordering my mistake

Disgusting company. The item I ordered was shipped from China would you believe. Totally unreal. Took a long time to arrive and when it did it was damaged. They wont give me a return address or a refund. , only a replacement. Do not buy from this company who are scammers.

Ordered a clock which took ages to be out for delivery and never arrived although courier said it had been delivered but it hadn't. Went back to Glasskinco who didn't want to know said it was an issue with courier. Evri the courier looked into it and apologised that I'd not received and told me to go back to Glasskinco as their responsibility to refund me but they have continuously refused to do this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they have my money and I have no clock
