It was actually removed...I was really impressed that my accurate review of a previous employer was publish. Glassdoor appears to be an impartial platforms that allows people to keep others well informed. Thank you.

Horrible, basically unusable. If you simply want to do some very basic research on a potential new employer, they hold the info to ransom in exchange for your information about your current job, what you're paid, and other things. When they insist that you "set up your experience", all they're really doing is stopping you from using their site until you give them your personal information. This isn't setting up my experience, it's extorting data from me that you then profit from. What a shower.

They won't remove posts that contain lies..... unless you pay them...

I recently pointed out to them numerous actual lies in a post about my company, they had no interest in actually reading my content but just sent a copy paste response saying that I had to pay to be able to comment/remove the content

Don't bother. They take down actual reviews and leave the vague stuff up. Shady company linked to black rock

Illogical website - top to bottom

Seems like a commercial entity using the given info to sell off for lead generation. Someone make a review of your Co., you can't remove it. Sending a barrage of needless emails. Connects to questionable "employers" pushing some sort of membership scheme.

My negative review to my previous toxic company was removed after this review was being visible for three months. And I found there were a lot of newly added fake 5start review to this company which brings up the rate significantly, but if you look at the tone of these reviews, it's clearly to tell they're fake.
Don't trust "they won't delete any review", they will!

I have had a terrible experience with Glass Door. Although it provides multiple kinds of information, Its primary function is to allow people who have been treated unfairly to tell the world. I attempted to use it for this purpose. Instead it led me by the nose for a whole week before taking the initiative to break off the contact. The problem is that it expresses its policy very broadly, but leaves it to you to figure out why your text was in violation of them. I kept submitting revised texts that I thought adhered to their policies, but it kept rejecting them, at all times refusing to point out the offending language. It reminds me of a children’s game of blindman’s bluff, where a child is blindfolded and his cues to finding the target involve cues from the others—“father to the left,” “higher up,” etc. Only this is not a game. When someone has left a job after ten years because of bad treatment, being treated like this by Glass Door is simply cruel. If the company’s rules do not allow it to point out the offending language, the solution is for them to change this bad rule.

I attach my last letter to Glass Door, written after a full week of futile correspondence. Upon receiving it, Glass Door broke off the correspondence.

We allow content that names individuals in the highest positions in a company who have broad influence over the work environment, as long as the content describes the individual’s behavior or performance at work. We do not allow content that includes negative comments about identifiable individuals outside of this group.

Here are the entities/people I have talked about:

1. "Court administration" This is a very broad term, which you should like. Are you saying that instead of this, I should be using "Court Administrator XX"? Please answer yes or no. We have been going around this for a full week now, and it is because I can never extract anything from you except generalities. Frankly I think "court administration" comes off better--as not a direct accusation. But you tell me.

2. I make several references to MM, all positive. I had specifically asked Cleotha if this was allowed, and she said yes. Is this so? Please answer yes or no.

3. I say that people working under court administration have no choice but to carry out the orders, again with Cleotha's okay. Is this the case? Please say yes or no.

4. I make frequent references to the Interpreter's Office BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE I WORKED AND WHERE THE PROBLEM HAPPENED. I could not tell the story without being able to allude to it. Nonetheless, I ask: is my referring to the interpreter division the violation? Answer yes or no.

You keep telling me I am in violation of the rule you describe above, and yet I am unable to find any violation. STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH ME.

I am making a good-faith effort to submit a text you feel you can publish. I have never expressed resistance to your rules, I have only objected to your refusing to make them clear. At this point this has gone on for a week. Anyone with common sense would realize it is time for you to tell me specifically what is bothering you so I can change it and we can be finished.

So I recently accidentally found out they will delete perfectly good reviews for certain companies and not for others. I experimented and confirmed it true until they suspended me for fraudulent action but not before I made a huge realization. GLASSDOOR TAKES MONEY TO NOT APPROVE REVIEWS!!! I would say don't trust it. Hard to really trust much these days, but Reddit seems to be the place where at least people explain their reviews deeply and unfiltered.

Allows companies like raising Cane's to falsely report reviews to keep a better rating than they should

Country redirection???
I can not go to glassdoor.com , they will redirect (without using a vpn) me to glassdoor.xx of the country of my IP, that could not be my country, and is not the country of the company I want to see, they will only show me revie for that country (that are not many as the company is not based in this country)... really they think I can not choose the country or offer something more global that I can see reviews in different languages and from different people??? Yhis way it is useless

disgusting place, harassment via email . STAY AWAY

It feels like no people are working there, only AI robots. My and my spouse work in the same company and (surprise!) we live together and share the same home computer and IP address, and both of us decided to leave a review, but Glassdoor deleted our reviews saying they do not comply with their policies and are written by the same person. Appealing didn’t help, robots do not understand that such situation may be real.

I was having several notifications in my email, but whenever I tried to apply for it, either the job was not found, or the link was missing, and you have to go to their website and apply for it after creating an account. Eventually, I deactivated my account. I think Indeed is the best and most reliable way to go.

Remove negative reviews so what is shown is lies !

Trash company and concept. Those who live in "Glass" houses shouldnt throw stones. Allowing disgruntled employees to leave shitty comments but deletes any employee leaving nice comments. I've personally had all the reviews I've ever tried to post deleted for no reason.. when its all valid through community rules.
