Avoid unless you wanted to be cheated!

I should have read these reviews first. I requested a service to assess my door. Two men turned up, one of them spent <20 minutes making minor adjustments whilst the other just watched. They did not fix the door.

Then they sent me an invoice charging me a very expensive rate for 1.5 hours for both men each! Even though the other one did nothing and they didnt even fix the door, and the work took less than 20 minutes. I feel cheated, robbed and taken advantage of as a customer.

IF you want to shop with them, ask for a price first, otherwise they will just take advantage of you. Not nice to deal with!
